摘要： An electric vehicle includes: a first inverter circuit; a second inverter circuit; an inverter control device that outputs first switching signals to the first inverter circuit and second switching signals to the second inverter circuit; first signal lines that transfer the first switching signals to the first inverter circuit; second signal lines that transfer the second switching signals to the second inverter circuit; and a signal blocking circuit inserted in the first signal lines and the second signal lines, the signal blocking circuit being configured to output to the first inverter circuit first OFF signals in place of the first switching signals, and outputting to the second inverter circuit second OFF signals in place of the second switching signals, when receiving at least one of the first abnormality signal and the second abnormality signal.

摘要： An electric power conversion system includes: a first battery; a second battery; an electric power converter including a plurality of switching elements, and configured to bidirectionally step up or step down electric power between an output line and each the first and second batteries in accordance with PWM signals; and a controller configured to control first and second step-up and step-down circuits by generating first and second PWM signals. The first and second step-up and step-down circuits are established between each first and second batteries and the output line. The first and second PWM signals are signals for controlling step-up and step-down operation of each first and second step-up and step-down circuit. The controller is configured to, when coupling on-duty periods of both the first and second PWM signals with each other, execute an overlap phase shift that partially overlaps the on-duty periods of the first and second PWM signals.

摘要： In the case where an on-fixation failure occurs in one of transistors of an inverter, a shutdown signal GSDWN or MSDWN is output as ON signal for a duration of adjusting time since switching of a fail signal GFINV or MFINV to ON signal. After elapse of the adjustment time, the shutdown signal GSDWN or MSDWN is switched to OFF signal. The adjustment time is set to be longer than a time duration until completion of shutdown of the inverter but to be shorter than a time duration until start of emergency drive control. This allows for cancellation of shutdown of the inverter even when an abnormal signal is continuously output due to a failure of a sensor or the like. This causes emergency drive to be more reliably performed with three-phase on-control including a transistor having an on-fixation failure after shutdown of the inverter.

摘要： An electronic control unit of an electric power conversion system is configured to, when voltages of first and second batteries are stepped up in parallel and a temperature of a common switching element exceeds a threshold temperature, execute on time change control such that following conditions i) and ii) are satisfied: i) a trailing edge of one of the first and second PWM signals and a leading edge of the other one of the first and the second PWM signals connect with each other; and ii) the sum of the on time of the first and second PWM signals in a single PWM control period falls within a range from the single PWM control period to an allowable period. The electronic control unit is configured to change an on time of at least one of the first and second PWM signal in the on time change control.
