摘要： An image forming apparatus includes an engine unit to perform an image forming job; an engine control unit to control the operation of the engine unit; a brushless direct current (BLDC) motor to drive the engine unit; a sensor unit to sense electric angle information and driving velocity information of the BLDC motor; a communication interface to receive a digital control command with respect to the BLDC motor from the engine control unit; a driving signal unit to generate a driving signal to control the BLDC motor; and a digital control unit to control the operation of the driving signal unit in a digital phase locked loop (PLL) manner for feedback controls the BLDC motor, based on the received digital control command, the detected electric angle information and the driving velocity information and a digital gain value as a control factor with respect to the BLDC motor.

摘要： A method for checking an out-of-step of a synchronous motor includes detecting electric degrees of the synchronous motor, in which the electric degrees comprise at least a first electric degree and a second electric degree detected at a preset interval, and the second electric degree is detected after the first electric degree; comparing the first electric degree with the second electric degree to obtain a comparing result; and determining that the synchronous motor is out of step when the comparing result satisfies a preset requirement. It is determined that the synchronous motor is out of step when the electric degree keeps unchanged or decreases progressively, or an increment of the electric degree is very small.

摘要： A method of a control system (2200) controls an inductance motor in a blower including an impeller and volute using a pressure compensation control system. The control system may be implemented in a respiratory pressure therapy device. The control system may include a sensor configured to provide a pressure signal indicative of the pressure of a flow of fluid produced by the blower. A measured pressure may be compared to a set pressure to determine a pressure error. A slip frequency may be adjusted as a function of the pressure error in an attempt to eliminate or minimise the pressure error.

摘要： A motor controller that is configured to switch power supply phases of the motor, to perform a limit-position abutment control by rotating the motor to a movable limit of a movable range of the rotation object to learn a reference position of the motor, perform a power-saving return control afterwards, in which a power supply to the motor is stopped, thereby returning a rotation position of the motor toward a target rotation position, and stop the rotation of the motor by simultaneously supplying power to a preset phase of the motor, when the rotation position of the motor reaches the target rotation position. In such manner, the power consumption as well as the heat generation of the motor are reduced for returning the rotation position of the motor to a preset rotation position after the abutment control of the motor.

摘要： Brushless direct-current (“BLDC”) motor and control for a power tool. A BLDC motor of a power tool is controlled in either a pulse-width modulation (“PWM”) commutation mode or a centerline commutation mode. When the motor is rotating slowly, the motor is operated using PWM commutation. When the motor is rotating at a speed greater than a threshold speed value, the operation of the motor is transitioned to the centerline commutation mode. When operating in the centerline commutation mode, the high-side field-effect transistors (“FETs”) and low-side FETs can each be used for motor speed control. By switching between speed control using the high-side FETs and speed control using the low-side FETs, the heat generated by freewheeling currents can be approximately evenly distributed among the high-side and low-side FETs.
