    • Conventionally, a fixing bracket attached to a rear inside wall of a main body of a liquid crystal television set or a liquid crystal display would interfere with the main body, generating chatter. A hook part having a bent tip erected in a protruding manner from a rear inside wall of a main body of a liquid crystal television set or a liquid crystal display is passed through a second through hole of a fixing bracket from the inside wall side to a front side of the main body. A peripheral portion of the second through hole is inserted in a recess of the rear inside walls of the main body, and is hooked there. Accordingly, when the fixing bracket is hooked, the fixing bracket and the tip of the boss erected from the rear inside wall of the main body come in contact with each other to be fixed.

    • When the assembly is complete, the protrusion 2e of the leaf spring 2b abuts against the bottom wall surface 3g which is an inner bottom surface of the cover member 3 and the leaf spring 2b is bent. Since the protrusion is pushed against the cover member 3, the leaf spring 2b generates force of repulsion which pushes the frame member 2f toward the opposite direction of the cover member 3. In addition, since the leaf springs 2b are aligned straightly between three bosses 3b, the leaf spring 2b pushes the push button 2 toward the switch board 1 almost in parallel. In other words, if the push button 2 is held in the cover member 3, without further components, the push button 2 is pushed against the switch board 1 and there will not be a possibility of a wobble.

    • A cooling fan mounting structure for a flat display displaying an image on a screen based on a video signal is disclosed. The structure includes a chassis bracket attached to a rear of the display, and a type of fan holder to which the cooling is attached. The fan holder has an end with an insertion hole located in alignment with a screw hole and through which a screw is inserted to be fixed when the chassis bracket is attached, a positioning convex portion fitted into a positioning hole positioning the chassis bracket, and a locking claw bent into such a crank shape that the locking claw has a step located lower by a thickness of the chassis bracket and extends from the step, the positioning convex portion being inserted into the rectangle hole to be locked.
