    • A method and apparatus for distributing and receiving high-speed Ethernet Media Independent Interface (MII) blocks are provided to moderate the increase of control lines with the increase of the bit width and to simplify the block types in the coding process of the Physical Coding Sublayer (PCS). The technical solution disclosed herein includes: processing received Media Access Control (MAC) layer data, and adjusting distribution of control characters to generate a 64-bit block; obtaining a control signal code of the 64-bit block according to the relation between the form of the 64-bit block and the control signal code; and binding each 64-bit block to the corresponding control signal code respectively, and sending bound data over a separate channel.

    • A nailer with an illumination device located adjacent to the muzzle thereof comprises a nailer and an illumination device. The nailer has a muzzle defined at a front end of a housing thererof, between the muzzle and the housing is arranged a panel and a protection hood covered on the panel, and on the protection hood is formed a notch aligned with the muzzle. Beneath the protection hold is disposed a circuit board, on the circuit board is battery. A positioning hole is defined in a side of the protection hood facing the housing. A buffer is disposed in the positioning hole of the protection hood in such a manner that a part of the buffer protrudes out of the positioning hole and is to be pressed against the housing. The illumination device is disposed beneath the protection hood of the nailer and located correspondingly to the notch.

    • A method and a device for mapping and demapping a client signal are provided. The method for mapping a client signal includes: dividing a part or all of a payload area of an Optical Channel Payload Unit (OPU) or Optical channel Data Tributary Unit (ODTU) into several sub-blocks, in which the sub-blocks have a size of N bytes, and N is greater than or equal to 1; and mapping a client signal to be transported to the sub-blocks of the payload area with an N-byte granularity. In the technical solutions, when the client signal is mapped, block mapping of the client signal is performed by using a mapping granularity of a block, so that the complexity of the mapping process of the client signal can be reduced, thereby meeting requirements of multi-rate services.
