摘要： A crimping terminal includes a conductor crimping portion, the conductor crimping portion including: a bottom plate on which a conductor of an electric wire is disposed; and a pair of conductor tightening pieces extending from both side edges of the bottom plate, the conductor crimping portion configured to be crimped and connected to the conductor by tightening the conductor in a state where the conductor is covered with the conductor tightening pieces. 摘要： A terminal-equipped electric wire includes a terminal and an electric wire. The terminal includes a conductor bonding part and a sheath supporting part. The electric wire includes a conductor formed of a plurality of strands and a sheath covering the conductor such that the conductor is exposed to a predetermined length. The conductor exposed from the sheath is bonded to the conductor bonding part, and the sheath is supported by the sheath supporting part and is fixed in the terminal. The sheath supporting part is in a state where there is no permanent distortion with respect to a state when the terminal is present alone.

摘要： A manufacturing method for a terminal-equipped electric wire in which a terminal is crimped to an electric wire including a core wire bundle bundled by a plurality of conductor core wires, the manufacturing method includes ultrasonically bonding the core wire bundle so as to form a bonded core wire in which the plurality of conductor core wires are bonded to each other and crimping the terminal to the bonded core wire. The bonded core wire is formed so that a clearance ratio which is a percentage of a clearance area in which the conductor core wires do not exist to a whole area surrounded by an outer periphery of the bonded core wire is larger than 3 and equal to or less than 15 in a section view orthogonal to an axis of the bonded core wire.

摘要： A portion of a flat conductor is exposed from an insulating layer covering at least one of surfaces of the flat conductor. A terminal includes a bottom plate on which the exposed portion of the flat conductor is provided, and crimp claws which are raised at two side edges of the bottom plate so that the exposed portion is disposed therebetween. The exposed portion is folded so as to define a bottom layer which faces the bottom plate and a top layer which faces opposite to the bottom plate. The top layer is configured to be plastically deformed so as to fill a gap between the top layer and inner surfaces of the crimp claws when the crimp claws are crimped onto the top layer, so that the bottom layer is in surface contact with the bottom plate.
