摘要： A conductor module includes a wiring member, a plurality of bus bars, and a plurality of locking pieces. The wiring member is formed in a film shape with flexibility, and a plurality of wirings and through-holes are formed therein. The bus bar is electrically connected to one of two electrode terminals. The two through-holes are formed in a first opposing region opposing one end face between both end faces of the bus bar opposing each other in a width direction of the bus bar with an electrical connection portion where the bus bar and the wiring are electrically connected interposed therebetween when viewed from the width direction. The locking piece is formed integrally with the bus bar, is arranged in the through-hole, has a distal end positioned radially outward of the through-hole when viewed from an axial direction of the through-hole, and fixes the bus bar to the wiring member.

摘要： A method electrically connects by crimping electrical conductors in a connector for equipotential connection of a planar and flexible layer formed by the conductors, to metal components. The method includes positioning the electrical conductors in individual longitudinal and parallel cells which are formed between two planar walls of the connector, crimping the conductors crimped in a crimping zone by simultaneous transverse punching of at least one wall of the connector, and forming by the transverse punching at least one corresponding transverse groove line on the at least one connector wall and, by load transfer, on each of the conductors to electrically connect the conductors.

摘要： A portion of a conductor of a flat circuit body is exposed from an insulating layer covering at least one of surfaces of the conductor. A terminal includes a bottom plate on which the exposed portion of the conductor is provided, and crimp claws which are raised at two side edges of the bottom plate so that the exposed portion of the conductor is disposed therebetween. A protective plate is provided on the exposed portion of the conductor, and has a strength so as not to be penetrated by the crimp claws when the crimp claws are crimped onto the protective member. The crimp claws are crimped onto the protective plate so that the terminal is crimped to the conductor in a state where the exposed portion of the conductor is in surface contact with the bottom plate.

The core has a peripheral surface extending between a contact surface and a conductor surface. The terminals are assembled to the core through the peripheral surface. A housing has a conductor opening opposite to a contact opening. The core with the pre-assembled terminals insert into the housing through the conductor opening. The contact surface of the core is exposed through the contact opening of the core. The housing engages the peripheral surface of the core thereby preventing the disengagement of the terminals from the core.
