摘要： The present invention provides a human artificial chromosome vector comprising a gene encoding the human antibody heavy chain, a gene encoding the human antibody light chain, and a gene encoding IgM heavy chain constant region derived from a nonhuman animal; and being capable of producing a human antibody with a higher efficiency when the vector is introduced into an animal. By immunizing the animal produced using a human artificial chromosome vector of the present invention with a desired antigen, a large quantity of human polyclonal antibodies can be supplied.

摘要： An impeller for a turbine includes an impeller body formed by alternately stacking and fixing two or more types of disk blades, a base plate, and a rotating shaft. A plurality of pressed vane sections projecting from one surface are formed on the base plate of each disk blade, and recessed spaces are formed in the pressed vane sections, respectively. The projecting rear sections of the pressed vane sections are affixed to the other surface of the base plate of the adjacent disk blade, and disposed in the recessed spaces of the pressed vane sections of the adjacent disk blade in the mutually crossing direction. A part of a working gas is moved in the recessed spaces, and moved forward in the rotating direction over the projecting rear sections.

摘要： A semiconductor device includes a housing, a semiconductor element disposed in a lower section inside the housing, an external lead terminal at least partially disposed within the housing, a gelled filler disposed within the housing, the semiconductor element and at least a portion of the external lead terminal being embedded in the gelled filler, a hardened sealing resin layer disposed over the gelled filler, and at least one internal pressure absorbing chamber having a pocket-type sealed space, the internal pressure absorbing chamber passing through the sealing resin layer and being open at an upper surface side of the gelled filler. The semiconductor device prevents a rise in the internal pressure of the housing in response to thermal expansion of the gelled filler sealed within the housing, and the absorption of external moisture by the gelled filler. When the gelled filler expands according to a heat cycle, its increase in volume is absorbed by the internal pressure absorbing chamber to prevent leakage of the gelled filler and the application of stress to the semiconductor element. The absorption of moisture from the air outside of the semiconductor device by the gelled filler is prevented by defining the internal pressure absorbing chamber as a tightly closed pocket-type space to ensure that the semiconductor device is intrinsically resistant to humidity.
