    • Systems and methods for removing interference from a received signal. A model of a leakage path from a transmit section to a receive section is used to assist in designing a set of iterative filters to remove interference. Modeling the leakage path allows generation of the first approximation of the transfer function of the leakage path traversed by the signals coupled from the transmit section to the receive section. The first approximation narrows down the universe of possible distortions that might occur due to the transfer function of the leakage path. Narrowing down the universe of possible solutions makes the complexity of the interference control section more manageable. An iterative LMS function is used to further refine the coefficients of the adaptive filters.

    • Various embodiments of methods and systems for pausing and shaping data flow while supporting both parameterized and prioritized Quality of Service are disclosed. In some embodiments, a system for pausing and shaping data flow comprises an input buffer, a first pause controller coupled to the input buffer and an output buffer for flow control messages. Various embodiments also include a hop-1 buffer coupled to the input buffer and a hop-2 buffer comprising a plurality of queues coupled to the hop-1 buffer. Additionally, in some embodiments, a second pause controller is coupled to the queues. The second pause controller selects a queue or queues that will cause a pause to be generated based on a predetermined condition. A two-hop process controller controls the data packet flow from the input buffer to the hop-1 buffer and from the hop-1 buffer to the hop-2 queues based on packet classification.

    • A method for processing a video image sequence with a number of successive images and an image processing device for processing a video image sequence are described. The method comprises: generation of at least one scaled image sequence (F11, F12) from the video image sequence (F); generation of a motion-compensated scaled image sequence (F40) from the scaled image sequence (F50); generation of a motion-compensated output image sequence (F′) from the scaled image sequence (F40); wherein the generation of the motion-compensated scaled image sequence (F40) comprises the determination of a motion vector field based on at least two images (F11n−1; F11n) of the scaled image sequence (F11, F12) and the interpolation of an image using the at least two images and the motion vector field, and wherein the at least one input scaling factor (S11, S12) is dependent on motion information that is represented by at least one motion vector field that was determined for the temporally preceding images of the at least one scaled image sequence (F11, F12).
