摘要： There is provided an electronic paper display device and a manufacturing method thereof. The electronic paper display device includes a first electrode formed of a transparent material; at least one or more second electrodes disposed to face the first electrode with differing gaps therebetween; and at least one or more display units disposed between the first and second electrodes and having optical properties varied according to voltage applied to the first and second electrodes. The display units are disposed between the first electrode and the second electrodes disposed to face the first electrode with differing gaps, so respective rotation amounts or rotation angles of the display units become different when the same magnitude of voltage is applied. Accordingly, a wide range of contrast levels is displayed.

摘要： Disclosed herein is a mounting structure of a circuit board having a multi-layered ceramic capacitor thereon, the multi-layered ceramic capacitor including dielectric sheets laminated thereon and external terminal electrodes formed at both ends thereof, the dielectric sheets having internal electrodes formed thereon, and the external terminal electrodes being connected in parallel with the internal electrode, wherein the internal electrodes are disposed to be in parallel with the circuit board, the external terminal electrodes are bonded to lands of the circuit board by a conductive material, and a bonding height (Ts) of the conductive material is lower than a sum of a gap (Ta) between the circuit board and a bottom surface of the multi-layered ceramic capacitor and a thickness (Tc) of a cover layer on a lower portion of the multi-layered ceramic capacitor, whereby vibration noise can be greatly reduced.

摘要： Disclosed herein are a multilayer ceramic substrate and a method for manufacturing the same. In a method for manufacturing the multilayer ceramic substrate, which has a ceramic laminate including multiple ceramic layers and allowing interconnection between layers through vias respectively formed in the multiple ceramic layers, the method includes: preparing a ceramic laminate in which a void is formed around a via in at least one ceramic layer of multiple ceramic layers; immersing the ceramic laminate in a precipitating bath in which an electrode solution is contained; putting the ceramic laminate out of the precipitating bath after a predetermined period of time, and then removing a nanoparticle film stacked on a surface of a multilayer ceramic substrate; and applying heat to the multilayer ceramic substrate to form nanoparticles filling an inside of the void, after the removing of the nanoparticle film.

摘要： Provided is a digital modulation circuit constructed with only a digital circuit. The digital modulation circuit includes: a clock generator which generates a reference clock pulse having a predetermined period; an up/down counter which generates a count value having predetermined bits by up-counting or down-counting the reference clock pulse and outputs a bit in the count value as a transmission signal; a controller which determines a counting start/end time point of the up/down counter and determine which one of the up-counting operation and the down-counting operation of the up/down counter is to be performed, according to a value of digital transmission data that is to be transmitted; and a band-pass filter which converts a waveform of the transmission signal output from the up/down counter into a sine waveform.
