摘要： An elevation device used in the performance of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and after resuscitation includes a base and an upper support operably coupled to the base. The upper support is configured to incline at an angle relative to the base to elevate an individual's upper back, shoulders and head. The elevation device includes a support arm coupled with the upper support. The support arm is movable to various positions relative to the upper support and is lockable at a fixed angle relative to the upper support such that the upper support and the support arm are movable as a single unit relative to the base while the support arm maintains the angle relative to the upper support. The elevation device also includes a chest compression device coupled with the support arm. The chest compression device is configured to compress the chest.

摘要： An exoskeleton includes a first link that pivots in a transverse plane about a first vertical axis and a second link that pivots in a transverse plane about a second vertical axis. The second link is coupled to the first link. An arm support assembly is coupled to the second link and pivots about a horizontal axis. The arm support assembly includes a spring that generates an assistive torque that counteracts gravity. The arm support assembly provides the assistive torque to an arm of a wearer to support the arm of the wearer. The arm support assembly further includes a cam profile and a cam follower. Contact between the spring, cam follower and cam profile determines an amount of the assistive force provided by the arm support assembly. A cuff is coupled to the arm support assembly and the arm of the wearer.

There is no restriction in time by applying this method.A seat to achieve this decompression method has a back with attachment points, a seating base with its steady part and attached to it a movable adjustable flap, several movable adjustable resting flaps and handles, several movable adjustable joints, several movable adjustable extensions and a seat-leg-support-system. Everything should be adjusted together to fit the individuality of all body shapes to achieve the maximum support to the body and to place the user in a very relaxed position.A device to achieve this decompression method from the natural upright standing position has a harness to fix the body from under the armpits connected to a support system which contains a freely turning anchor and an adjustable belt. The support system must be placed over the head, aligned with the center of gravity of the human body.
