摘要： Disclosed is a non-metallic anti-explosion ball, comprising an equatorial ring (1), longitudinal sheets (2), a south-polar ring (41) and a north-polar ring (31). The equatorial ring (1) and the longitudinal sheets (2) are arranged perpendicularly. The south-polar ring (41) and the north-polar ring (31) are located on two sides of the equatorial ring (1) respectively. The south-polar ring (41) is located at one end of the longitudinal sheets (2), and the north-polar ring (31) is located at the other end of the longitudinal sheets (2). The equatorial ring (1), the south-polar ring (41) and the north-polar ring (31) are coaxial. A projection of the south-polar ring (41) is located inside a projection of the equatorial ring (1) in an axial direction of the equatorial ring (1), and a projection of the north-polar ring (31) is positioned inside the projection of the south-polar ring (41). Projections of the longitudinal sheets (2) extend from the projection of the north-polar ring (31) to the equatorial ring (1). A manufacturing process for the non-metallic anti-explosion ball is simple, and the production efficiency is high.

摘要： An enclosure, vehicle, and method for containing an overheating device are provided. An enclosure includes a body and a door that form a volume. The body includes is connected to a Venturi tube that is in communication with a fluid flow path flowing across an opening at an opposite end. In the event an overheating device is placed in the enclosure, a pressure sensor measures a pressure in the volume and a controller opens a first valve in a flow path through the Venturi tube so that air is pumped from the volume via the Venturi effect. The first valve is closed when the measured pressure drops below a threshold pressure. The enclosure can also include an extinguishing agent that can be expelled into the volume if a temperature sensor measures a temperature above a threshold temperature.

摘要： A method for suppressing a pyrophoric metal fire may include arranging a suppression system above a containment structure. The suppression system includes a first extinguishing agent. The containment structure is configured to contain and isolate a pyrophoric metal from ambient air. The suppression system is configured to activate upon a leak and ignition of the pyrophoric metal so as to release the first extinguishing agent to suppress the pyrophoric metal fire.

The system includes at least one fluid supply conduit in fluid communication with a source of a fire protection fluid. The system also includes at least one solid horizontal barrier covering each rack and the longitudinal flue space at a predetermined vertical spacing. The system further includes one or more rack-level fire protection sprinklers in fluid communication with the fluid supply. The sprinklers are disposed in the vertical flue space between adjacent horizontal barriers, and each sprinkler is spaced vertically from the commodities stored between adjacent horizontal barriers.

The system includes a reservoir containing an ionic liquid, at least one outlet in communication with the reservoir, a valve arranged between the reservoir and the outlet, a sensor configured to sense at least one of a hydrogen concentration and a temperature and/or heat, and a controller configured to open the valve and release the ionic liquid if an output from the sensor indicates that the at least one of the hydrogen concentration and the temperature equals or exceeds at least one of a threshold hydrogen concentration and a threshold temperature.
