摘要： An applicator for dispensing adhesive is disclosed. The applicator includes a manifold, at least one dispensing module coupled to the manifold, a supply channel configured to contain at least a portion of the adhesive, a recirculation channel configured to contain at least a portion of the adhesive, and a recirculation pump assembly connected to the manifold. The recirculation pump assembly includes an inlet in fluid communication with the recirculation channel, an outlet in fluid communication with the supply channel, a gear assembly, and a drive motor coupled to the gear assembly and operable to pump the adhesive, where the drive motor is configured to operate at an adjustable number of revolutions per minute (RPM). The recirculation pump assembly can be configured to move at least a portion of the adhesive from the recirculation channel to the supply channel, such that a first pressure of the adhesive in the recirculation channel is substantially equal to a second pressure of the adhesive in the supply channel.

摘要： A microscopic bubble generating apparatus includes a Roots-type pump including a pair of multi-lobed Roots rotors housed in a pump casing, and a drive motor rotating the rotors, a suction pipe connected to a suction port of the pump casing, a discharge pipe connected to a discharge port of the pump casing, and a conduit communicating with the suction pipe and having an air inlet and a collision member with which sucked water is caused to collide. The pump is operated to suck water through the suction pipe and to cause the water mixed with air sucked through the air inlet to collide with the collision member so that a number of bubbles are generated. The bubbles are refined by a compressing action of the pump to be rendered microscopic. The water containing the microscopic bubbles is released from the discharge pipe into water in a septic tank or river.

摘要： A gear pump for mixing first and second components includes an inlet port, a premix chamber, and a second component valve. The premix chamber has a first end communicating with the inlet port, and a second end communicating with a source of the first component, thus providing a fluid path to carry the first component through the inlet port upon operation of the gear pump. The second component valve regulates fluid communication between a source of the second component and the premix chamber. Upon operation of the gear pump, the first component is drawn from its source into the premix chamber, the second component is drawn from its source, through the second component valve, and into the premix chamber, and a premix of the first and second components is fed from the premix chamber through said inlet port.

摘要： A hot melt adhesive foam pump system having a first stage pump that meters molten hot melt adhesive into a second stage pump, which in turn mixes gas under pressure into the adhesive so that the gas is driven into solution with the adhesive at an adjustably controllable ratio. The pump is insensitive to changes in adhesive viscosity and pump speed, and provides uniformity of foam density and output flow rate when the adhesive is ejected from a dispenser connected to the pump.
