    • The present invention discloses a spray coating system with constant pressure and stirring function. The spray coating system comprises a stirring barrel containing a mixture material, a stirrer stirring the mixture material, a control valve used for controlling a spray rate of the packaging material, a nozzle connected to the control valve for spouting the packaging material in spray form, a circulation pipe line connected between the stirring barrel and the control valve and a peristaltic pump mounted at the circulation pipe line. Thereby, the spray coating system is applied to the dispensing process of the LED to stir the packaging material and spout the packaging material in spray form, and can transmit the packaging material remained back to the stirring barrel by the peristaltic pump for avoiding the extraneous entering to the packaging material and blocking the nozzle to advance the spray coating quality and efficiency.

    • A portable, manually operable, trigger-activated pump spray applicator can be used to apply paints and coating fluids in commercial and military end use applications, especially chemical agent resistant coating (CARC) fluids. The applicator includes an impermeable, preferably rigid-walled, container capped by a manually operable spray pump with a single fluid nozzle. The assembly has capability of producing an atomized spray of viscous coating fluids. The applicator includes internal agitators suitable to redisperse solid components of the coating fluid that settle after long-term storage. The agitators include a plurality of small, heavy spheres and a single large, heavy, striker. The inside bottom wall and side wall meet with a concave radius of curvature that matches the radius of the small spheres. The striker has a characteristic dimension of about 10-500% greater than the diameter of the small spheres.

    • A spraying assembly is provided for delivering a coating material to a surface. The assembly of an embodiment comprises a mobile support structure, a mixing tank coupled to the support structure and a mixing device connected to the mixing tank. A mixture dispensing assembly has a conduit coupled to the mixing tank and a dispenser through which a flowable mixture is dispensed. The assembly has an hydraulic system having at least one closed hydraulic loop, a hydraulically-driven air compressor coupled to the hydraulic system, and a hydraulic pump assembly coupled to the closed loop of the hydraulic system. The hydraulic pump assembly is configured to pump the mixture at a selected flow rate from the mixing tank to the mixture dispensing assembly, and a remotely-actuated flow control assembly configured to control the flow rate of the mixture to the mixture dispensing assembly. The flow control assembly having a control unit adjustable by a user remote from the hydraulic pump to change the flow rate of the mixture to the dispenser.

    • The subject invention relates to a power sprayer that can be conveniently used by both professionals and amateurs. This power sprayer offers flexibility of movement because it can be battery operated. It also is designed to eliminate the need for cleaning its spray nozzle after being used. The media being sprayed can also be easily changed quickly. For instance, paint colors can be changed quickly and repeatedly by simply changing the media cartridges that are adapted for simple attachment to the sprayer. The media cartridges used in conjunction with the sprayers of this invention can also eliminate the inconvenience associated with refilling conventional power sprayers with a desired media. The present invention more specifically discloses a media cartridge system for a sprayer comprising: (a) a media container, (b) a self-cleaning nozzle, (c) a media shut-off means, (d) a primary media atomizing aperture in a configuration relative to the self-cleaning nozzle, (e) a movable media containment member within the media container, (f) a gas transfer interface, and (g) a power unit engagement means. The subject invention further discloses a sprayer which is comprised of (1) an electrical power source, (2) an electric motor, (3) a pump which is driven by the motor, (4) an output, (5) an electrical control switch, (6) a media cartridge air transfer interface, (7) a media cartridge engagement means, and (8) a media cartridge system which is comprised of (a) a media container, (b) a self-cleaning nozzle, (c) a media shut-off means, (d) a primary media atomizing aperture in a configuration relative to the self-cleaning nozzle, (e) a movable media containment member within the media container, (f) a gas transfer interface, and (g) a power unit engagement means. The present invention also reveals a sprayer which is comprised of (1) a power unit which includes (a) an electrical power source, (b) an electric motor, (c) a pump which is driven by the motor, (d) an output control, and (e) an electrical control switch, (2) a nozzle unit which includes (a) a media cartridge air transfer interface, (b) a power unit engagement means, (c) a gas transfer interface, and (3) a media container wherein the media container includes (a) a media cartridge engagement means, (b) a movable media containment member within the media container, (c) a media container air transfer interface and (d) a media supply line interface.

    • A method and apparatus for applying various different coating on surfaces including but not limited to roadways, parking lots, bridge decks, airport runways, offshore heliports and workboat walkways. Preferably, an applicator is provided that allows numerous different coatings to be applied to a surface. The coatings may be protective, decorative, non-skid and/or reflective in nature. Preferably, the applicator allows for the dispensing of two or more materials in at least two different manners (e.g., (i) two or more materials simultaneously applied to the surface to be coated; and, (ii) one material applied followed by application of one or more additional materials). Preferably, the applicator is lightweight and compact so that a single individual can carry the applicator while applying a coating to a surface to be coated. This allows the applicator to be used to coat surfaces in constricted areas including but not limited to workboat walkways. The applicator, in its preferred form, permits a non-skid coating to be applied in a single step with the aggregate being encapsulated by the binder or coating material to prolong the life of the non-skid surface.
