摘要： The present invention relates to a resin composition comprising 20-70 wt % of an aromatic di(meth)acrylate component; 5-25 wt % of a flexible di(meth)acrylate component; and 10-70 wt % of a crosslinker component; wherein the resin composition further comprises: 0.1-10 phr initiator; 0-10 phr silica; and 5-50 phr milled carbon fiber. The invention also relates to a polymerized coating disposed over a substrate, the coating comprising 20-70 wt % aromatic di(meth)acrylate subunits; 5-25 wt % flexible di(meth)acrylate subunits; and 10-70 wt % crosslinker subunits; wherein the coating further comprises: 0.1-10 phr silica; and 5-50 phr milled carbon fiber. The invention also relates to a method of depositing a coating over a substrate, the method comprising the steps of: providing a resin composition; applying the resin composition over a substrate; and polymerizing the resin composition to form a solid coating.

The second layer has a first atomic concentration of Fe, a first atomic concentration of Cr, and a first atomic concentration of Ni. The diffusion region has a second atomic concentration of the C, a second atomic concentration of the Si, a second atomic concentration of the O, a second atomic concentration of the Fe, a second atomic concentration of the Cr, and a second atomic concentration of the Ni. All of the atomic concentrations are based upon Auger Electron Spectroscopy.

摘要： A method is provided that forms a solid film on a bearing component of a rolling bearing. A solution containing a fluorine compound and a lubricant having no functional group is allowed to adhere to the bearing component as a liquid film, the fluorine compound containing 3-(trimethoxysilyl) propyl methacrylate, hexafluoropropene, and methyl methacrylate as components. The solid film is formed on the at least one of the bearing components by hardening the adhering liquid film.

The blowing-off unit includes a spray nozzle and a gas supply member. The coating-collection unit includes a duct and a coating container. In a case where the duct is seen in a plan view, an outlet thereof is disposed to fit in and overlap an inside of an opening of the coating container, and in a case where the duct is seen in a side view, a gap is provided between the outlet and the opening of the coating container.

A two packages type thermosetting resin composition comprising (a) an acid anhydride group-containing acryl resin having an acid anhydride group of 0.08 to 5.3 mmol/g (solid content) and a number average molecular weight of 500 to 8000 that is obtained by copolymerizing an acid anhydride group-containing ethylenically unsaturated monomer with an ethylenically unsaturated monomer having no acid anhydride group, (b) a carboxylic group-containing polyester resin having a carboxylic group of 0.8 to 6.3 mmol/g (solid content) and a number average molecular weight of 400 to 3500 and a ratio of weight average molecular weight to number average molecular weight of 1.8 or less that is obtained by reacting an acid anhydride group-containing ethylenically unsaturated monomer with polyester polyol having 3 or more of hydroxyl groups, and (c) an acryl resin with hydroxyl groups and epoxy groups having a hydroxyl group of 0.08 to 5.4 mmol/g (solid content), an epoxy group of 1.2 to 10.0 mmol/g (solid content) and a number average molecular weight of 200 to 10000 that is obtained by copolymerizing a hydroxyl group-containing ethylenically unsaturated monomer and an epoxy group-containing ethylenically unsaturated monomer with an ethylenically unsaturated monomer not having a hydroxyl group and an epoxy group.

摘要： A high-strength, corrosion- and heat-resistant aircraft structural component such as a fastener is prepared by providing a corrosion-resistant stainless steel or heat-resistant superalloy metallic component precursor that is not in its final heat-treated state, and coating with an aluminum-containing, curable polyaromatic phenolic coating material having a non-volatile portion that is predominantly organic and is curable at about the high-strength metallic alloy component's stress equalizing tempering temperature. The coated, high-strength metallic-alloy component is then thermally treated to concurrently impart pre-determined metallurgical properties to the finished, metallic substrate, and cure the organic, aluminum-containing coating.
