摘要： The present invention provides a flexible high-density fiberboard which is essentially free of formaldehyde and isocyanates and comprises 70 to 90% by weight of straw fibers, and 30 to 10% by weight of a thermoplastic elastomer and one or more optional additive(s). Furthermore, the present invention provides a method for manufacturing such a flexible high-density fiberboard comprising the steps of providing straw fibers, providing a thermoplastic elastomer in powder form, optionally providing one or more additive(s), dry mixing the straw fibers, the thermoplastic elastomer powder and optionally the one or more additive(s), such that a mixture comprising 70 to 90% by weight of the straw fibers, and 30 to 10% by weight of the thermoplastic elastomer and one or more of the optional additive(s) is obtained, extruding the obtained mixture at a temperature such that the thermoplastic elastomer powder is in a molten state, and pressing the extruded mixture.

摘要： A manufacturing assembly line for producing an article including a first spray coating station for applying a plastic spray coating to an existing wooden pallet, a second grinding or pulverizing station for reducing the coated article into finely ground particles of a uniform dimension, and a third heating station for converting the mixture into a molten or flowable state. The assembly line further includes a fourth extruder station for forcing the mixture at pressure through an extruder die aperture of a selected cross sectional configured extruder, and so that the mixture is reformed as an elongated article and a fifth cutting station for sectioning the extruded article into selected lengths for subsequent attachment or securernent into a desired configuration.

摘要： The present invention relates to a wood polymer/plastic composite material having a transparent surface layer which can enhance physical properties of a product by additionally providing the transparent surface layer on the outer surface of the wood polymer/plastic composite material through an application of a multi-extrusion process. To this end, the present invention includes: an inner layer (11) manufactured by using a compound in which one or a plurality of wood flour, wood chips, and long fiber, which are main materials, are selectively introduced and mixed; and a surface layer (12) formed on the outer surface of the inner layer (11). According to the present invention, the physical properties of the product can be enhanced by additionally providing the transparent surface layer on the outer surface of the wood polymer/plastic composite material through an application of the multi-extrusion process, and the advantages of preventing slipping, surface scratches, and pollution can be provided.

摘要： An improved method for making compressed structural fiberboard by extruding agricultural fibrous matter into a compressed structural fiberboard. The improved method includes providing a preselected volume of agricultural fibrous matter and preconditioning the agricultural fibrous matter to have a predetermined moisture level. The agricultural fibrous matter is separated and cleaned, and steam is added until a predetermined level of moisture is reached within the agricultural fibrous matter. Borax is also added to the agricultural fibrous matter to prevent the formation of bacteria. The agricultural fibrous matter is conveyed throughout the process on conveyors having variable drives, wherein the level of the agricultural fibrous matter on the conveyors is sensed such that a signal is provided to adjust the speed of the conveyors in order to provide a predetermined level of agricultural fibrous matter. The agricultural fibrous matter is then extruded to form a compressed structural fiberboard.
