摘要： A barn curtain having a transparent panel and a non-transparent panel is prepared by a welding machine. The welding machine has an inner heater assembly including a first roller wheel, an inner plate assembly having a lower inner plate and an upper inner plate spaced apart from the lower inner plate in a vertical direction, and a heater, and a first roller assembly including a second roller wheel aligned with the first roller wheel. A side of a transparent panel is fed through the lower inner plate and a side of a non-transparent panel is fed through the upper inner plate. The plates are heated with the heater to partially melt the side of the transparent panel and the side of the non-transparent panel. The side of the transparent panel and the side of the non-transparent panel are pressed between the roller wheels and joined.

摘要： The present disclosure is directed to processes for producing ultrasonic sealable film structures and flexible containers with ultrasonic seals. The film structure includes a first multilayer film and a second multilayer film Each multilayer film includes a backing layer and a seal layer. Each seal layer includes an ultrasonic sealable olefin-based polymer (USOP) having the following properties: (a) a heat of melting, ΔHm, less than 130 J/g, (b) a peak melting temperature, Tm, less than 125° C., (c) a storage modulus in shear (G′) from 50 MPa to 500 MPa, and (d) a loss modulus in shear (G″) greater than 10 MPa. The multilayer films are arranged such that the seal layer of the first multilayer film is in contact with the seal layer of the second multilayer film The seal layers form an ultrasonic seal having a seal strength from 30 N/15 mm to 80 N/15 mm when ultrasonically sealed at 4 N/mm seal force.

A folded edge is formed between these two sections of fabric. The method pinches some of the fabric at the folded end and then pulls the folded edge fabric off of the fabric pre-fold bar. After that, the method welds at least some of the folded edge fabric to the not folded edge fabric.
