摘要： The present invention relates to production method of a composite material wherein the composite material is tensioned and cured to produce a composite material with a single cord or cord fabric reinforced with another component, comprising the steps of adhering at least two layers of compound material, attaching the adhered compound materials inside a hollow frame, placing said frame into a pre-tensioning device, wrapping the cords around the frame with the desired pre-tension, removing the frame together with the compound material and the cords from the pre-tensioning device, placing at least one layer of compound material on the curing tray, placing the coated frame removed from the pre-tensioning device onto the compound material layers, placing at least one more layer of compound material on the coated frame, closing the lid over the curing tray, curing the material and cutting the composite material into strips.

摘要： A manufacturing method for a joined body, includes: bringing a first member and a second member into contact with each other, at least one of the first member and the second member being made of thermoplastic resin, and the second member having a recessed portion on a joining surface to be joined to the first member; and welding the first member and the second member together, including welding a contact portion of the first member and the second member by melting the thermoplastic resin by frictional heat generated in the contact portion by relative movement of the first member and the second member, in a state in which the first member and the second member are in contact with each other.

摘要： A hollow fiber membrane is formed by embedding a braid having a spiral open weave of monofilaments only, to avoid a “whiskering” problem common in prior art multifilament braid-supported tubular membranes. The open weave is characterized by contiguous, circumferential, rhomboid-shaped areas of polymer film separated by monofilaments. When the braid is supported on a plasticized PVA cable it can be infiltrated with membrane polymer which, when coagulated embeds the braid positioning it around the lumen. The spiral weave, free of any circumferentially constricting monofilament, when embedded in film, allows the membrane to be biaxially distensible. In other words, the membrane has “give” not only in the axial or longitudinal direction but also in the radial direction. “Give” in the radial direction permits soiled membranes to be backwashed under higher pressure than in a comparable braid which is not radially distensible.

摘要： With respect to methods of connecting two or more members where at least one of them comprises a resin member, there is provided a method of connecting members that is capable of firmly connecting two or more members with a rivet without causing the matrix resin to crack even when a joining method that uses a self-pierce rivet is applied to the connecting method. The method of connecting members is a method of connecting members in which overlapping portions of two or more members are connected, the method comprising: disposing a resin member, whose matrix resin comprises a thermoplastic resin, at at least a bottom layer forming the overlapping portions; and, with the matrix resin melted by heat treating at least the resin member of the overlapping portions, driving in a self-pierce rivet from above a member at a top layer of the overlapping portions so that it reaches an interior of the resin member, and connecting the overlapping portions by curing the matrix resin.

The method comprises injecting a forming liquid into the preform at a predetermined system pressure range, a predetermined flow rate, and a predetermined duration sufficient to create a pressure spike at a peak pressure. The peak pressure being greater than the system pressure to urge the preform into the mold cavity, thus creating enhanced container definition, reduced post mold shrinkage, lower residual material stresses, and/or an improved transfer of the mold geometry and engraving to the final formed container.
