摘要： The present document presents a system and a method for packaging powders in containers (S) through a hopper (T) and a first tube (TC) connected to the hopper (T). Air is sucked both in the area of the first tube and in the area of the hopper. The powder is then drawn directly from inside the hopper thus keeping the flow rate and the degree of compacting of the system constant. Moreover, the powder sucked inside the first tube is thus compacted and can be conveyed compacted towards the outlet. In this way it is possible to control the dosing of the product exiting from the system with high precision.

摘要： A filling nozzle provided with a filling cylinder, an air-injection cylinder, and an air-supply unit. The filling cylinder is configured such that an auger rotates about the axis thereof to discharge powder through an opening provided at the lower end of the filling cylinder. The air-injection cylinder is fitted to the exterior of the filling cylinder to form an annular space between the filling cylinder and the air-injection cylinder. The air-supply unit supplies air in the annular space. A tip portion of the air-injection cylinder extends downward below the opening and has an air-discharge mouth formed in a tapered shape such that the tip portion has a diameter smaller than that of the opening.

摘要： An apparatus for filling sandbags includes a hollow housing tube, an auger, and a motor. The hollow housing tube includes an intake end, a curved central portion, and a discharge end. The hollow housing tube includes a discharge chute at the discharge end. The auger includes a shaft and flightings. The auger is at least partially disposed within the hollow housing tube. The auger includes a first end connected to a motor at the discharge end of hollow housing tube and a second end connected to a sand screw auger bit at the intake end of the housing tube. The auger includes a plurality of connected auger sections. A portion of the plurality of connected auger sections is disposed in the curved central portion of the hollow housing tube and is flexibly connected. The motor is operable to transmit rotational torque through an entire length of the auger.

摘要： An interchangeable flighting insert is disclosed to maximize the efficiency of singularly delivering objects, such as products, to a user through a product dispensation device. The flighting insert can be removably coupled to an auger of the product dispensation device, thereby allowing variation of the flighting characteristics based on the object to be dispensed. The same auger can therefore use a first flighting for certain products, and a second flighting for different products.
