摘要： Methods and apparatus of producing collectible cards are disclosed. An example method includes producing a first stack of cards including a first card type and a second card type from a single substrate sheet, separating the first stack of cards into a first sub-stack and a second sub-stack. The first sub-stack includes the first card type and the second sub-stack includes the second card type. The example method includes comparing a first top card of the first sub-stack to a first reference card and, based on the first top card being substantially similar to the first reference card, automatically transferring the first sub-stack to a first tray designated to receive the first card type.

摘要： Disclosed herein is an apparatus for receiving cash and checks. The apparatus includes a bundle transfer unit, a semi-separation unit and a sheet-by-sheet separation. The bundle transfer unit transfers a bill bundle input into the apparatus. The bundle transfer unit is provided above and below the bill bundle and extends along a path for transferring the bill bundle. The semi-separation unit is installed behind a rear end of the bundle transfer unit. The semi-separation unit limits the number of bills to be transferred in such a way that only a preset number of bills separated from the bill bundle is allowed to pass through the semi-separation unit. The sheet-by-sheet separation unit is installed behind a rear end of the semi-separation unit. The sheet-by-sheet separation unit separates bills transferred from the semi-separation unit from each other sheet-by-sheet.

摘要： An apparatus and method for removing waste sheets from a sheet feed apparatus, removes waste sheets in a ergonomic manner. The bottom sheet or sheets from a stack of sheets is moved from an input hopper to a waste hopper. An accumulation of sheets in the waste hopper are rotated to an on-end orientation for convenient removal from the sheet feed apparatus. A conveyor may be provided to convey the on-end waste sheet out of the sheet feed apparatus. Sensors and alarms may be provided to modify a user when the waste sheet hopper is full. An interlock mechanism may be provided to prevent waste sheets from being added to the waste sheet hopper when it is full or tilted for sheet removal.

A support roller, coupled with the pushing element, extends below the pushing element to ride along the upper surface of the uppermost remaining workpiece plate and continuously maintain at least a predetermined space between the pushing element and the upper surface of the uppermost remaining workpiece plate, to preclude damage to the uppermost remaining workpiece plate by the pushing element during its pushing movement. A measuring device is provided on the carriage to detect the height of the lifting platform.

摘要： A device for shifting packs (P) of panels along the workpiece support table (L) of a sawing machine. The top surface of a stack of panels (P') comprises a pair of levers (1, 2) hingedly mounted on a motorized carriage (C). The first lower lever (1) frontally contacts the side of the pack (P) by its forward end defining a vertical pushing front (13) and has a lower jaw (17) acting on the underside of the edge of the pack (P), while a second, upper lever (2) forms, with its forward end (20, 21), the upper jaw acting on the top side of the edge of the pack (P). The second lever is actuated for gripping the edge of the pack between the two jaws (17, 20, 21). The lower jaw (17) can be moved from an operative position in which it projects forward with respect to the vertical pushing front of the first lever (1), whereby the shifting device is adapted to grip the edge of the pack (P), to an inoperative position in which it is retracted with respect to the vertical pushing front of the first lever (1), whereby the shifting device is adapted to act as a pusher which shifts the pack (P) of panels with a skimming action with respect to the underlying flat horizontal surface, without gripping the edge of the pack itself.

摘要： A plasterboard wedge has an acute edge that is sufficiently thin to be inserted between the edges of consecutive plasterboard sheets arranged in a stack. The wedge is then pressed into the stack to form a gap on both lateral sides of the wedge into which the forks of a fork-lift can be inserted. The fork-lift can then lift the desired number of plasterboard sheets off the stack onto a vehicle. A tip of one of the fork-lift forks is used to press the wedge into the stack, and is located in a horizontal groove in the blunt face to prevent relative vertical slipping.

An exemplary stack height limiting system comprises an elongated arm with a striking end spaced from a control end, where the arm is movable between first and second positions. A limiter positioned relative to the arm defines the first position, where the striking end is spaced from the bottom surface of the tray by a first gap. As media disposed in the tray expands beyond the first gap, the expanding media moves the arm to form a second, greater distance between the striking end and the bottom surface of the tray. As a result, pinch points between the first end and the media are avoided.
