摘要： A tape applicator including a main frame, and a knife arm assembly. The knife arm assembly may include a magnet mounted in a stationary position relative to the main frame, and a knife arm pivotally mounted to the main frame. A blade may be mounted to the knife arm. A guard may be rotationally connected to the knife arm and configured to rotate between a closed position covering the blade and an open position exposing the blade. A spring may bias the guard toward the closed position. A catch may be associated with the guard comprising ferromagnetic material. The catch may be attracted to the magnet to open the guard as the knife arm swings to a cutting position.

摘要： A sheet conveyance apparatus includes an inner main unit, a guiding portion, a conveyance roller pair, a mounting portion, and an urging member. A pair of bearing portions supports a shaft portion of a driven roller. A supporting portion is located on an upstream side or a downstream side in a conveyance direction in the pair of bearing portions and supports a pair of extending portions from below. A pressing portion abuts on the pair of extending portions, from above, between the pair of bearing portions and the supporting portion to elastically deform the pair of extending portions. A regulating portion is located between the pair of bearing portions and the supporting portion in the conveyance direction and regulates an interval between the pair of extending portions such that the interval becomes wider than a length of a roller portion in a width direction.

摘要： A sheet separating mechanism is disclosed, which comprises a frame (380), at least one set of transferring rollers (110), a separating roller (120), a reverse rotating roller (130), an eccentric adjusting means (310), a driving component, and an elastic component (320). The at least one set of transferring rollers and the separating roller are connected to the frame through a first rotating shaft (210,220), respectively. The eccentric adjusting means includes an eccentric plate (311) and an eccentric adjusting plate (312). The eccentric plate has an outer ring (315) and an inner ring (314) adapted to move inside the outer ring. The inner ring is connected with a second rotating shaft (230) that is connected with the reverse rotating roller. The reverse rotating roller is separated from the separating roller to form a separation gap. The driving component drives the first and the second rotating shafts to rotate. One end of the elastic component is fixedly connected with the frame, and the other end is connected with the second rotating shaft. The separation gap of the mechanism can be adjusted on demand, which widens a thickness range of sheets, prevents multiple sheets from entering the separation gap, and thus avoids the jam of the separating roller.

The first guide member guides one face of a medium to be conveyed and opposed to the one face when the medium is conveyed. The second guide member guides the other face of the medium and is opposed to the other face when the medium is conveyed, the second guide member being movable between a close position and an open position. The conveying member is provided in a conveying passage formed by the first guide member and the second guide member being at the close position in order to convey the medium in the conveying passage. The support member keeps the second guide member at the open position and is provided at a position outer than the second guide member in a direction that the medium is conveyed. When the second guide member is at the open position, the medium in the conveying passage is removable from the conveying passage.
