摘要： The present invention provides a resin composition for a model material, for obtaining an optically shaped article that has flexibility and does not crack even when it is bent, and a method for manufacturing optically shaped articles that are shaped using the resin composition for a model material. The present invention relates to a resin composition for a model material, comprising, based on 100 parts by weight of a whole resin composition, 20 to 90 parts by weight of a (meth)acrylate monomer represented by the following formula (1) and/or a (meth)acrylate monomer represented by the following formula (2) as a monofunctional monomer (A), and 5 parts by weight or more of a polyfunctional oligomer as an oligomer (B), and further comprises no or 15 parts by weight or less, based on 100 parts by weight of the whole resin composition, of polyfunctional monomer (C), wherein R1, R2 and R3 each independently represent a hydrogen atom or a linear or branched alkyl group having 1 to 3 carbon atoms.

摘要： Disclosed are photoinitiators that are ultra violet (UV) reactive. The photoinitiators can be polymerized into polymeric backbones for use in UV curable hot melt pressure sensitive adhesives. The preferred polymeric backbones are acrylic-based polymers. The photoinitiators are very UVC sensitive and have excellent hot melt viscosity stability that is many fold higher than existing photoinitiators. The subject photoinitiators feature aryl ketones linked through an ether linkage to a variety of connector sequences that allow for polymerization of the photoinitiators.

The macroinitiator includes a multidentate anchor segment coordinated with a magnetic nanoparticle through more than one bond, and a chain reaction initiator segment bound to the multidentate anchor and providing a weak bond that can be cleaved to initiate a chain reaction. The method further comprises subjecting the chain reaction medium to an alternating current magnetic field to vibrate the magnetic nanoparticle and thereby cleave the weak bond, the cleavage resulting in the initiation of a chain reaction involving the chain reactants.

摘要： A technology for curing a photocurable resin composition by ultraviolet ray/infrared ray hybrid irradiation is provided.An infrared ray irradiation is applied at least one of before or after the application of ultraviolet ray irradiation to a photocurable resin composition, from which volatile components have been removed by a heating process, to have the photocurable resin composition cured.It becomes possible to relax the ultraviolet ray irradiation conditions for photo curing by applying an infrared ray irradiation as compared with the case in which the infrared ray irradiation is not applied, and, in particular, the scratch resistance characteristics of a cured film are significantly enhanced. Moreover, because of a combination of ultraviolet ray irradiation and infrared ray irradiation, the curing time period of a cured film can be reduced and/or stress relaxation effects can be produced.Besides, it becomes possible to control the reflectance of a cured film by varying an irradiation amount of infrared ray.

摘要： A reactive mixture for coating mouldings by means of reaction injection moulding, containing at least 40% by weight of (meth)acrylates having at least two double bonds. The reactive mixture contains at least one photoinitiator and at least one thermal initiator. The present invention furthermore describes a coated moulding including a moulding which is obtainable by injection moulding processes and includes at least one polymer selected from polymethyl methacrylate, polymethylmethacrylimide, styrene-acrylonitrile copolymer, styrene-maleic acid copolymer and polymethyl methacrylate copolymers, and a coating which is obtainable by polymerization of (meth)acrylates having at least two double bonds. The coating has an adhesive strength rating of not more than 1 according to the cross hatch test and a decrease in gloss at 20° after a scratch resistance test according to ASTM 1044 (12/05) (applied weight 500 g, number of cycles=100) of not more than 10%.
