摘要： A graft polymer mixture comprising a grafting base based on brown coal and/or polyphenol is proposed, which has, as a graft component, a copolymer consisting of one or more ethylenically unsaturated monomers different from one another and one or more polyamides different from one another. Typical grafting bases are brown coal, brown coal coke, lignite and brown coal derivatives and tannins. Suitable graft components are in particular vinyl-containing components and styrenes, which may also be present in sulphonated form. Natural polyamides, such as, for example, casein, gelatin and collagen, are suitable polyamide components. These graft polymers having a preferred molar mass Mn>5000 g/mol are suitable as a mixture, in particular in construction chemistry applications, and in the development, exploitation and completion of underground mineral oil and natural gas deposits, and in deep wells, since they have excellent salt and temperature stabilities and are simultaneously water-soluble and/or biodegradable.

The varnish composition comprises a functionalized poly(phenylene ether), an unsaturated polyester, and/or a vinylester resin. The varnish composition further comprises a reactive liquid monomer and a block copolymer comprising a poly(olefin) block, or a poly(diolefin) block, and at least one terminal poly(alkenyl aromatic) block comprising repeat units derived from an alkenyl aromatic monomer. When cured, the polymers and reactive liquid monomer forms an electrically insulative thermoset that provides superior crack resistance.

The composition exhibits an improved combination of high flow during molding and high post-cure stiffness and impact strength. The composition is particularly useful for fabricating plastic-packaged electronic devices.

That is, it provides a sealing epoxy resin composition for sealing an electric part, an epoxy resin composition for laminates, a laminate, a printed wiring board, a curable resin composition and a photosensitive resin composition. The resins and resin compositions of the present invention are used in electronics fields in which a low dielectric constant, a low dielectric loss tangent and high toughness are required and also used for various uses such as coating, bonding and molding.

These sol-gel compositions also exhibit lower tack at ambient temperature.
