摘要： The present invention relates to a graphite electrode and manufacturing process thereof, and a carbon dioxide generator, wherein the graphite electrode comprises the following in weight percentage: graphite powder 50%-90%; adhesive 10%-40%; first additive 1%-30%; second additive 0.1%-10%; wherein the adhesive comprises at least one of phenolic resin, bisphenol A epoxy resin and urea formaldehyde resin; the first additive is selected from at least one of the following: polylactic acid, carbonate, monosaccharide, oligosaccharide and polymethacrylates; the second additive is selected from at least one of the following: carbon black, carbon nanotubes, silicon carbide, boron nitride, silicon oxide, aluminium oxide, zinc oxide, iron oxide, titanium dioxide, calcium carbonate, stearic acid, zinc stearate and calcium stearate. The carbon dioxide concentration of the gas obtained by the electrolysis of the present invention reaches 10 v % or more, and the gas produced is stable in quantity.

摘要： The invention discloses a graphene electrode structurally comprising graphene and an electrode, the graphene being connected to the electrode. The graphene comprises a carbon edge, a lattice, a carbon fiber, an electromagnetic shielding layer and a discharge dialysis layer, the carbon edge being provided with the lattice, the lattice being provided with the carbon fiber and the carbon edge being provided with the discharge dialysis layer. The electrode comprises a lead wire, a metal cap, an insulating filler, an inflaming wire 1, a glass film and a glass pipe, the metal cap being arranged above the glass pipe, the insulating filler being arranged inside the glass pipe, the lead wire being connected to the inflaming wire, the glass pipe being provided with the glass film. The invention has beneficial effects in that, by connecting graphene with an electrode, the toughness of the electrode is strengthened and the fracture rate of the electrode is reduced.

摘要： The invention relates to a method for ascertaining the overvoltage of a working electrode in a fuel cell, in which the potential of a reference electrode compared to the grounded counter electrode is measured. For the measurement, a fuel cell comprising a polymer electrolyte membrane is used, in which the counter electrode comprises a lateral edge having at least one convexly curved region, and the electrolyte membrane surface, adjoining the counter electrode, comprises an electrode-free region in which the reference electrode is disposed on the electrolyte membrane surface. In contrast, the working electrode is continuous, which is to say has a large surface. The minimum distance Lgap between the reference electrode and the edge of the counter electrode Lgap=3×Ll,r with (a) and (b), where m=ionic conductivity of the electrolyte membrane (Ω−1 cm−1), box=Tafel slope of the half cell for the electrochemical reaction of the working electrode lm=membrane layer thickness (cm) and jox0=exchange current density of the catalyst of the working electrode per unit of electrode surface in (A cm−2). This arrangement can advantageously be used to ensure that the potential measured at the hydrogen-fed reference electrode corresponds to the overvoltage of the working electrode with sufficient accuracy. The method can be applied to polymer electrolyte membrane fuel cells (PEMFC), to direct methanol fuel cells (DMFC) or to high-temperature fuel cells (SOFC).

摘要： Internally calibrated pH and other analyte sensors based on redox agents provide more accurate results when the redox active reference agent is in a constant chemical environment, yet separated from the solution being analyzed in such a way as to maintain electrical contact with the sample. Room temperature ionic liquids (RTIL) can be used to achieve these results when used as a salt bridge between the reference material and the sample being analyzed. The RTIL provides the constant chemical environment and ionic strength for the redox active material (RAM) and provides an electrolytic layer that limits or eliminates direct chemical interaction with the sample. A broad range of RAMs can be employed in a variety of configurations in such “Analyte Insensitive Electrode” devices.
