摘要： The invention relates to a method for producing graphene fibres, comprising the following steps: a. providing single- or multi-layer graphene or graphene oxide platelets based on graphene or graphene oxide; b applying a transition metal or a transition metal oxide to the graphene or graphene oxide platelets by means of a deposition method; c. spinning, in particular wet-spinning or dry-spinning, a graphene fibre or graphene oxide fibre by injecting a spinning solution, in which the graphene or graphene oxide platelets obtained in step b) are dispersed; d. treating, in particular reducing, the graphene fibre or the graphene oxide fibre in a process atmosphere containing a reducing agent, in particular hydrogen, at a determined treatment temperature; wherein, where there is a graphene oxide fibre, this is reduced to form a graphene fibre, wherein the graphene fibre or graphene oxide fibre is treated in such a way that the transition metal oxide in step d) is only partially reduced or the transition metal in a step following step d) is partially oxidised, wherein the partial reducing or partial oxidation occurs, in particular in such a way that there is a certain proportion of the transition metal oxide in the finished graphene fibre that is smaller than the proportion of the transition metal, in particular smaller than 10 wt. %.

摘要： A method for producing a meta-aramid fiber paper-based material includes steps of: adding functional powders into a first poly(m-phenylene isophthalamide) solution, and obtaining a homogeneous mixed solution; through a dry spinning method, obtaining meta-aramid chopped fibers; through a second poly(m-phenylene isophthalamide) solution, obtaining meta-aramid fibrids; processing the fibrids with a multi-stage classification, selecting the fibrids having an appropriate mesh number and combining in proportion; mixing the chopped fibers and the fibrids, and relieving until uniform; forming a paper through an ultralow concentration inclined wire forming machine with an ultrasonic process and a wet-papermaking process; after squeezing and drying, obtaining a meta-aramid fiber base paper, and then processing with surface coating; and, after multi-stage calendering, rewinding and slitting, obtaining the high-performance meta-aramid fiber paper-based material. The paper-based material has a thickness of 1.5-30 mil, a high whiteness, a smooth and even surface, excellent characteristics, and a good performance stability.

摘要： The invention relates to a process for producing gel-spun ultra high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) fibres having high tensile strengths and improved creep rates wherein the UHMWPE used in said process is characterized by a difference in the phase angle according to Formula 1 Δδ=δ0.001−δ100 (1) of at most 42°, wherein δ0.001 is the phase angle at an angular frequency of 0.001 rad/sec; and δ100 is the phase angle at an angular frequency of 100 rad/sec as measured with a frequency sweep dynamic rheological technique at 150° C. on a 10% solution of UHMWPE in paraffin oil, provided that δ100 is at most 18°. The invention further relates to gel-spun UHMWPE fibres produced thereof. The gel-spun UHMWPE fibres of the invention have a tensile strength of at least 4 GPa, and a creep rate of at most 5×10−7 sec−1 as measured at 70° C. under a load of 600 MPa. The gel-spun UHMWPE fibres produced thereof are useful in a variety of applications, the invention relating in particular to ropes, medical devices, composite articles and ballistic-resistant articles containing said UHMWPE fibres.

摘要： A method for preparing gelatinized pre-oriented filaments and the gelatinized pre-oriented filaments prepared by the method are provided. The method includes feeding a spinning dope into a twin-screw extruder for blending and extruding the spinning dope to obtain a first spinning solution having a non-Newtonian index of 0.1-0.8 and a structural viscosity index of 10-50, feeding the first spinning solution into a spinning box and drawing at a spinneret with a factor of 5-20 to obtain a second spinning solution, and flash cooling and curing the second spinning solution to obtain the gelatinized pre-oriented filaments. Also provided are a method for preparing ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fibers and ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fibers prepared by the method.
