摘要： The present disclosure mainly uses a transmitting unit to drive the fiber yarn bunch to pass an operation region of the microwave processing unit, and the microwave is focused to perform an ultra-fast pre-oxidization process on the passed fiber yarn bunch, thus processing the fiber yarn bunch to form an oxidation fiber yarn bunch. Not only an oxidization time of an oxidation fiber can be reduced, but also the cross section area of the oxidation layer of the oxidation fiber in the oxidation fiber yarn bunch generated by the microwave focusing oxidization process occupies more than 50% of the cross section area of the oxidation fiber in the oxidation fiber yarn bunch. Thus, the shell-core structure of the oxidation fiber can be reduced efficiently. Even, the oxidation fiber has no obvious shell-core structure. Accordingly, relatively positive and reliable means for increasing the performance of carbon fiber are provided.

摘要： An oxidation furnace for the oxidative treatment of fibers, in particular for producing carbon fibers, the furnace having a housing with an inner space which is gas-tight apart from areas for the passage of the fibers. A process chamber is located in the inner space of the housing. Guide rollers guide the fibers arranged adjacently as a fiber carpet in a serpentine manner through the process chamber, the fiber carpet spanning respective planes between opposite guide rollers, a partial area of the inner space being defined both above and below said planes. The process chamber extends between a primary blowing device arranged on a blowing end of the housing and a primary suction device, where a primary gas is blown into a partial area by the primary blowing device in such a way that the process gas flows through the process area in a process flow direction. A secondary gas can be blown into the partial area by a secondary blowing device, on the side of the primary blowing device located at a distance from the process chamber, using a flow sealing device.

摘要： A heating device for producing carbon fibers from a thread-shaped fiber starting material, wherein the heating device has a central tubular induction heating element through which the fiber starting material is moved. The tubular induction heating element is surrounded by thermal insulation. At least one mid- to high-frequency induction coil is provided outside the thermal insulation, and an inert gas flows through the central induction heating element, in particular, for carbonizing and/or graphitizing the fiber starting material. For energy optimization, a first and a second tube element is provided on the outer side of the thermal insulation. The elements are made of material that is transparent to the induction field of the mid- to high-frequency induction coil and are spaced apart from one another by an annular gap through which the inert gas flows.

As a result, the horizontal heat treatment apparatus completely prevents leakage of poisonous gas produced in the heat treatment chamber, and effectively prevents energy loss.

The high module carbon fiber includes the product fabricated by the following steps: subjecting a pre-oxidized carbon fiber to a microwave assisted graphitization process, wherein the pre-oxidized carbon fiber is heated to a graphitization temperature of 1000-3000° C. for 1-30 min. Further, the high module carbon fiber has a tensile strength of between 2.0-6.5 GPa and a module of between 200-650 GPa.

The production method comprises a step of pre-baking a fiber of an organic compound so as to contain remaining hydrogen, and a step of putting the pre-baked fiber of the organic compound in a closed vessel made of a heat resistant material and subjecting the pre-baked fiber together with the vessel to hot isostatic pressing treatment using a compressed gas atmosphere, wherein a maximum ultimate temperature in the hot isostatic pressing treatment is 1000 to 2000° C.
