摘要： The present invention provides a novel nonwoven felt fabric, which is made of at least one low-melting-point short fiber and at least one high-melting-point short fiber of same type or different types, wherein the fabric is stiff enough to be self-sustaining and have the ability of shape maintenance. The felt fabric exhibits excellent pleatability, moldability and compressive strength. The invention also provides a method for producing the felt fabric, and a filter comprising the felt fabric used as the material of a filter medium of the filter, wherein the filter medium requires no support structure to stand alone and persistently retains its shape.

摘要： A sliding member having more improved wear resistance is provided at a low cost. A sliding member is provided with: a substrate which is made of a nonwoven fabric; and a base resin which includes a phenol resin and which is impregnated into the substrate. The nonwoven fabric is preferably a bonded nonwoven fabric which is produced by a thermal bonding method, a binder method or the like and which has a strength that can tolerate the tension applied to the substrate in the step for producing the sliding member. It is preferable that the nonwoven fabric is made of a polyethylene terephthalate (PET) fiber which exhibits a high affinity for the phenol resin. Further, it is preferable that the phenol resin contains a chelating agent which can increase sites of crosslink with hydroxyl groups of the phenol resin.

摘要： The present invention provides a nonwoven fabric sheet for use in extraction filters having high sealing strength and extraction filters manufactured using the nonwoven fabric sheet. The nonwoven fabric sheet includes a first layer including a spunbonded nonwoven fabric formed from a polyester-based resin having an IV value of 0.60 to 1.00, a crystallinity of 30% to 80%, a crystalline orientation of 60% to 95%, and a birefringence (Δn) of 0.040 to 0.100 and provided with a partial thermocompression bonding section whose thermocompression bonding area rate is in the range of 5% to 30%, and a second layer including a meltblown nonwoven fabric formed from a polyester-based resin blown onto a surface of the first layer and solidified to have a crystallinity of 0% to 14%. The extraction filters are formed by sealing by welding the nonwoven fabric sheet with the second layer of the sheet placed inside.

摘要： In accordance with certain embodiments of the present disclosure, a process of forming a prosthetic device is provided. The process includes forming a dispersion of polymeric nanofibers, a fiberizing polymer, and a solvent, the dispersion having a viscosity of at least about 50,000 cPs. A tubular frame is positioned over a tubular polymeric structure. Nanofibers from the dispersion are electrospun onto the tubular frame to form a prosthetic device. The prosthetic device is heated.

摘要： The invention pertains to a method of manufacturing a product from textile waste comprising a majority of cotton or wool, the method comprising the steps of; collecting the textile waste comprising; a majority of cotton or wool, granulating said, textile waste into fibers having an average fiber length of between 0.5 mm and 4 mm, mixing said granulated textile waste with thermoplastic binder, and forming a nonwoven mat from the mixture of said granulated textile waste and binder. Preferably the method further comprises the steps of placing said: mat in a preheated three-dimension mould or flat press, and pressing the mat into a product having a shape determined: by the shape of the three-dimensional mould or flat press. The invention also pertains to a product produced by said method.
