摘要： A nonwoven fabric has: a base section that is spread in a flat manner and that comprises a first surface and a second surface opposite each other; and a plurality of protrusions that protrude from the first surface of the base section in the thickness direction. Each of the protrusions is provided with a peripheral surface section that rises from the first surface of the base section in the thickness direction and a peak surface section comprising a peak surface formed on the vertex of the protrusion. The fiber density of the peripheral surface section is higher than the fiber density of the peak surface section. At least part of a peak surface peripheral edge part of the peak surface section is configured as a thickest section having the thickest thickness of the nonwoven fabric.

摘要： The present invention relates to a multipurpose functional nonwoven fabric, and more particularly, to a multipurpose functional nonwoven fabric which is manufactured by performing a pretreatment process on carbonized fiber cotton, and stacking the pretreated carbonized fiber on natural cotton, mixing the pretreated carbonized fiber cotton with the natural cotton and scutching the mixed cotton, or introducing the natural cotton and stacking the natural cotton on an intermediate layer of the pretreated carbonized fiber, and a method for manufacturing same. Web formation and stacking at a cutting machine can be easily performed by performing the pretreatment process on the carbonized fiber. Also, excellent heat resistance and conductivity can be obtained by stacking the carbonized fiber cotton on natural cotton, mixing the carbonized fiber cotton with the natural cotton, scutching the mixed carbonized fiber cotton and the natural cotton and stacking the scutched cotton, or introducing natural cotton into an intermediate layer of the carbonized fiber cotton, stacking the natural cotton on the intermediate layer of the carbonized fiber cotton, and subjecting the stacked cotton to needle punching. Since a surface temperature of the nonwoven fabric can be lowered and the loss of heat can be reduced through dissipation and dispersion of heat, thermal retention and insulation properties of the entangled natural cotton can be enhanced, and carbonization prevention and incombustiblization of the natural cotton can be achieved. Also, the multipurpose functional nonwoven fabric can be manufactured at a low production cost and exhibit environmentally friendly characteristics, and a waste material can be recycled.

摘要： A high loft, nonwoven web is disclosed having a three dimensional structure with fibers oriented in the x, y and z directions. The web has a fiber size distribution of from 0 μm to about 15 μm with at least about 25% of the fibers being above 4 μm. The web has a thickness of less than about 250 millimeters and a basis weight ranging from about 20 g/m2 to about 3,000 g/m2. The web also has a vertical cross-section, when taken parallel to a machine direction, exhibiting a plurality of snugly stacked, approximately V, U or C-shaped structures, with each V, U or C-shaped structure having an apex facing in the machine direction. The web further has a recovery value ranging from about 20% to about 99% after being compressed under a pressure of 0.25 psi for a time period of 30 minutes.

摘要： The present invention provides a fabricating method for meltblown nonwoven from natural cellulose fiber blended with nano silver, which comprises following steps.Firstly, prepare nano silver colloidal sol by reduction titration for mixture of polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), silver nitrate (AgNO3) and sodium borohydride (NaBH4).Secondly, prepare mixing cellulose serum by blending agitation for mixture of wood pulp, N-methylmorpholine N-oxide (NMMO) and stabilizer.Thirdly, prepare blending mucilage from mixing cellulose serum via blending process.Fourthly, produce spinning dope by blending and dehydrating the nano silver colloidal sol and mixing cellulose serum.Fifthly, produce molten filament tow by meltblown spinning method in association with coagulation, regeneration in coagulation bath, and water rinse.Finally, by post treatments of hydro-entangled needle punching, drying, winding-up processes in proper order, obtain final product of meltblown nonwoven from natural cellulose fiber blended with nano silver, which is biodegradable with features of antibacterial and antistatic capabilities.
