The nonwoven fabric comprises continuous fibers and bonded sections formed by bonding multiple fibers including the continuous fibers, wherein the nonwoven fabric comprises a first side and a second side on the side opposite the first side, the first side comprises a plurality of projections, each projection including at least one bonded section, a plurality of projections including no bonded section, and at least one recess, the second side comprises a plurality of recesses, each recess overlapping with at least a part of the projection of the first side, and the coefficient of variation of the diameters of the continuous fibers is at least 10%.

The reinforcement yarns consist of cellulosic fiber multi-filaments of the Lyocell type. The assembly is bound by mechanical needling or water entangling, stabilized by means of thermal treatment at a temperature of 200-250° C. and consolidated by means of a chemical binder.

摘要： Provided is a nonwoven fabric structure containing an odd-shaped fiber. The odd-shaped fiber has bubbles inside and has a cross-sectional shape that is an irregular, non-circular cross-section. Further, it is preferable that the cross-sectional shape of the odd-shaped fiber changes in the fiber length direction, the odd-shaped fiber has a crystallinity of 40% or less, and the odd-shaped fiber is made of at least two kinds of thermoplastic resins. It is also preferable that that the nonwoven fabric structure contains a heat fusible fiber, the odd-shaped fiber is present in the form of a net-like fiber sheet, and the odd-shaped fiber is in the form of short fibers. In addition, a method for producing such a nonwoven fabric structure is a method in which a thermoplastic resin containing a foaming agent is extruded through a slit die to give an odd-shaped fiber having bubbles inside, followed by three-dimensional shaping.

摘要： A multilayer nonwoven structure is described where the nonwoven structure comprises at least two spun bond layers and at least one easily meltable layer. The easily meltable layer is located between the at least two spunbond layers. The easily meltable layer is comprised of a polymer having a melting point at least 20° C. less than the melting point of the polymer which comprises the surface of the fibers which comprise the spun bond layer, or is made from a polymer which is readily absorbs some form of radiation. Under bonding conditions, the fibers which make up the easily meltable layer can be melted to form a film, thereby improving bather properties of the nonwoven structure.

摘要： A non-woven industrial absorbent with at least one dual-layer outer scrim. The absorbent includes a core made of cellulose material and bicomponent fibers and has first and second surfaces. A scrim is bonded to at least one of the surfaces. The scrim includes a first layer, the function of which is to adhere to the core, and a second layer, whose function is to provide enhanced grip. The product may be made by processing cellulose to a suitable size, optionally applying a liquid fire-retardant to the cellulose, drying and mixing the cellulose with a thermoplastic bonding agent, and depositing the material onto a belt to produce a web. Subsequent processing of the web softens or melts the bonding agent, thereby adhering it to other web material and giving the web strength and integrity. The one or more scrims or an optional netting provide additional strength or particular surface characteristics.

Preferably, after preparing the laminate (6) by entangling the fibers of the fibrous web(s) (1a), (1b) with the net-form sheet (4), the laminate (6) is dried with hot air; and then hot air is blown to the laminate (6) by through-air technique.
