摘要： A toilet flange includes a body that is a made of a rigid material and that includes i) a hollow cylindrical portion having two longitudinal ends, and ii) a flange portion that extends radially outward from the hollow cylindrical portion at one of the two longitudinal ends thereof; and an annular seal member that is made of a resilient material and that is integrated into the one-piece body so as to extend from the flange portion on a side thereof opposite the hollow cylindrical portion coaxially therewith. The resiliency of the seal member allows a range of movement thereof during installation of a toilet bowl to the toilet flange. This contributes to maintaining the integrity of the seal. Also, the integration of the seal member to the body prevents displacement of the seal relative to the body, yielding a more precise installation of the toilet bowl.

摘要： In various embodiments, an apparatus includes a toilet horn receptacle having an upper end and a lower end. A sealing rim is positioned at an upper end of the toilet horn receptacle, and at least a portion of the sealing rim extends inwardly from the upper end of the toilet horn receptacle towards a center axis of the sealing rim. A funnel extends from the lower end of the toilet horn receptacle, and a channel wall circumscribes the toilet horn receptacle. The channel wall and at least the toilet horn receptacle form a continuous annular receptacle. A foam sealing component is disposed in the continuous annular receptacle such that an inner wall of the foam sealing component circumscribes the toilet horn receptacle and such that the channel wall circumscribes at least a portion of an outer wall of the foam sealing component.

The attachment assembly includes a mounting bracket having at least three mounting locations spaced apart around an opening, a valve configured to fluidly connect the tank and the bowl, the valve being configured to engage the bottom of the tank and the opening in the mounting bracket, a valve nut configured to couple to the valve to secure the mounting bracket between the valve nut and the tank, and at least three fasteners configured to secure the mounting bracket to the bowl. The at least three fasteners are disposed external to the tank and couple the tank to the bowl without directly engaging the tank.

摘要： The present disclosure generally relates to improved water closet flanges and methods for installing such water closet flanges. In one exemplary embodiment, an improved water closet flange apparatus includes an outer flange and a flexible conduit portion (i.e. sleeve) extending downwardly therefrom. The flexible sleeve has a sufficient degree of flexibility to accommodate connection between offset, misaligned, angled, or otherwise incongruous plumbing fixture discharges and waste drain pipe outlets. In one embodiment, the flexible sleeve includes at least one corrugated portion to aid the desired flexibility. An upper portion of the flexible sleeve may include an inwardly extending lip portion to accommodate the desired seal between the plumbing fixture discharge and the flange apparatus. Related methods for installing the disclosed flange apparatus between plumbing fixture discharges and waste drainpipes are also described.

In use, the outer clearance surface is received inside the floor flange, and the outer surface of the extension member having the sealing boot disposed thereon is sealingly received inside the soil pipe, thereby forming a seal between the base of the toilet and the floor flange.
