摘要： A safety plug for a pipe formed of two engageable plug halves each having a mateable face to seal together around a cable. An outer surface includes a plurality of steps corresponding with different pipe sizes for engagement within the pipe. The outer surface is threaded or includes a locking mechanism which moves a portion of the two engageable plug halves into physical engagement with threads of the pipe. The locking mechanism can include locking pins at each of the outer steps, and which are extended outward by a manual push button upon the plug being placed in a pipe.

摘要： A peripheral sealing gland is configured to form a seal between an elongate member and a substantially flat surface having an aperture into which the elongate member extends. The sealing gland includes an at least partially frustoconical shaped skirt through which the elongate member is to pass and defining an upper seal structured to deform about and form a first seal to a periphery of the elongate member. The sealing gland includes a flange depending from a lower periphery of the skirt and having an endless lip seal, and a ring configured to bear on the flange so as to apply a pressure to the endless lip seal to form a second seal against the flat surface. The sealing gland includes a resealable split extending from the upper seal to a peripheral edge of the flange, and a compression clamp configured to close the resealable split, forming the first seal.

摘要： There is provided a weather barrier for an opening in a wall of a building and a utility that passes through the opening. The weather barrier has a sheet of flexible and water resistant non-elastic material, which has an outer perimeter and an inner perimeter that defines a central passage that is larger than an outer diameter of the utility. A sheet of elastomeric material is sealably attached to the sheet of non-elastic material at the inner perimeter. The sheet of elastomeric material extends inward from the inner perimeter and defines a central opening that is smaller than the outer diameter of the utility. When the sheets of non-elastic and elastomeric material are disposed in a flat position, the sheet of non-elastic material defines a plane and the sheet of elastomeric material is parallel to and in line with the plane of the sheet of non-elastic material.

A wall seal band on the back side of each block body, constructed from the compressible sealing material, extends from the bearing surface on one lateral side of the block body, around all of the plurality of passage portions, to the bearing surface on the other lateral side of the block body.

摘要： The present invention provides a method for producing a through hole in a floor system for pipe penetration. The method includes providing a deck system with ridge portions and valley portions; creating a hollow on the deck system; providing a ring with at least one securing ear formed on a perimeter thereof; mounting the ring onto the deck system by jointing the at least one securing ear of the ring and the at least one of the ridge portions such that the ring is fixedly received in the hollow of the deck system; and fixedly receiving a pipe casing in the ring mounted on the deck system, wherein the pipe casing defines a path for the pipe penetration. The method further includes forming a concrete layer on the deck system to obtain a composite slab.
