摘要： A door latch slide for engagement with a strike plate in a doorjamb. The door latch slide comprises a latch slide body engageable with an actuator device mounted on the door for moving the latch slide toward and away from the strike plate, the latch slide body being adjustable with respect to the door to adjust extension distance toward the strike plate. A latchbolt extends from the latch slide body and has a non-flat sweep side for contacting an outside of the strike plate to cause retraction of the latchbolt away from the strike plate as the door is closing and an opposite flat face for contacting an inside of an opening in a face of the strike plate to prevent the door from opening when the latchbolt is extended toward and into the strike plate opening. The latchbolt has a pair of indicia on at least one side thereof, one of the indicia indicating a minimum desired distance for extension of the latchbolt into the strike plate opening and the other of the indicia indicating a maximum desired distance for extension. The latch slide may be adjusted during installation of the actuator device by visually extending the latchbolt into the strike plate opening, moving the latch slide body toward or away from the strike plate until the strike plate face is between the pair of indicia on the latchbolt, and setting the latch slide body with respect to the actuator device so that the latchbolt when extended maintains the strike plate face between the pair of indicia on the latchbolt.

摘要： An access control device including an electromagnetic lock module for selectively locking and unlocking a door in a door frame is provided. The access control device provides a lower profiled electromagnetic lock module to improve the aesthetics and functionality of the module, supports and integrates modern accessories such as CCTV, CCD cameras, passive motion detection with automatic background correction, digital notification display, automatic source voltage selection, door and lock status indicators, and ease of installation. 摘要： An exemplary electric strike includes a housing and a keeper pivotally mounted in the housing. The strike also includes a plunger having an extended position and a retracted position, a cage including an aperture, and a locking element movably seated in the aperture. The locking element is engaged with the plunger, and the plunger is structured to urge the locking element radially outward as the plunger moves from an extended position toward a retracted position. The strike also includes a sleeve, a transmission engaged with the sleeve, and a motor drivingly coupled to the transmission. The sleeve is structured to selectively prevent radially outward movement of the locking element and retraction of the plunger. The strike also includes at least one of a lost motion connection and an anti-tamper mechanism.

摘要： A door lock apparatus, comprising a male component; a connection to a power source; a lock actuator, powered by the power source and configured to move the male component at least partially through a strike and into a box beyond the strike in the path of the male component to lock a door, wherein the male component comprises a plurality of parallel subcomponents oriented lengthwise in the direction of a path of the male component; a bed of sensors positioned in the box and configured to sense a number of parallel subcomponents that contact the bed after the male component has been moved into the box; and an alarm in communication with the bed, wherein the alarm is triggered when an attempt is made to lock the door and an insufficient number of parallel subcomponents contacting the bed has been sensed by the bed of sensors.

摘要： An actuator-controlled strike comprising a housing disposable within a doorframe and including a cavity for a spring latch and a dead latch of a mortise-type lockset. A keeper is pivotably mounted within the chamber to engage the spring latch. A pivotably mounted kicker cooperates with the keeper. A pivotably mounted dead latch release is supported by the keeper when the spring latch is within the strike. The keeper is released by the actuator and rotates into a position to ramp the spring latch out of the strike, also allowing the dead latch release to release the dead latch into the cavity, allowing the spring latch to be ramped out of the strike. Pivoting the keeper causes the kicker to urge the spring latch onto an exit ramp on a face of the keeper. The dead latch release can be installed in a plurality of different locations in the housing.

A blocking element connected to a driving device is displaced between an opening position and a closing position whereby the blocking element would stop the first catch from turning when being in the closing position, therefore controlling the turning of the second catch, rendering the opening a locked status and locking up the latch; when the blocking element is in the opening position, the blocking against the first catch would be eliminated, therefore turning the second catch together and rendering the opening an unlocked status, allowing the latch to be unlocked.
