The through-hole makes an angle α with the longitudinal axis L, wherein 40°≤α≤60°.

摘要： To obtain a fuel rail that maintains low hardness and good formability before being formed into a tube stock, can be made to easily form a thin absorbing wall surface, and has a high hardness and pressure resistance so as to be usable not only at a fuel pressure of 400 kPa or less, but also at a relatively high fuel pressure of 400 kPa or more. A fuel rail for port injection that is provided with a fuel pressure absorbing wall surface 1 and is used at a fuel pressure of 200 kPa to 1400 kPa. The fuel rail comprises an iron alloy that includes chemical components of C, Si, Mn, P, S, Nb, and Mo. The fuel rail has an internal volume of at least 60 cc and an amount of change in internal volume, when pressure is applied, of at least 0.5 cc/MPa. A bainitic structure can be precipitated by brazing the fuel rail in a furnace during manufacturing.

The constant-pressure chamber is configured with the top wall in the upper space thereof disposed above the opening of the high-pressure fuel passage opposite the solenoid valve, the fuel return passage opens into the upper space at a position above the opening of the high-pressure fuel passage, and the gas accumulating in the constant-pressure chamber is discharged from the upper space toward the fuel tank via the fuel return passage.

摘要： A mechanism for reducing pressure pulsation includes a pair of metal dampers formed by joining two disk-shaped metal diaphragms over an entire circumference and forming a hermetically sealed space inside a joined portion. Gas is sealed in the aforementioned hermetically sealed space of the damper, and a pair of pressing members give pressing forces to both outer surfaces of the aforementioned metal dampers at a position at an inner diameter side from the joined portion. The mechanism is unitized, with the pair of pressing members being connected in a state in which they sandwich the metal damper.

The damping valve includes a valve element which has an orifice formed on an axial part thereof and is biased downward (toward the upstream side) by a damping valve spring and a receiving element which has a passage hole formed on an axial part thereof and abuts against the valve element. A recess which communicates with the passage hole is formed on a face of the valve element, the face facing the receiving element.
