摘要： Method for the manufacture of a circuit board containing a component and circuit board containing a component. The invention is based on first manufacturing (101-102 or 101-103) an intermediate product, which contains the insulator layer of the circuit board and the components, which are set in place inside the insulator layer, in such a way that the contact elements of the components face the surface of the intermediate product. After this, the intermediate product is transferred to the circuit-board manufacturing line, on which a suitable number of conducting-pattern layers and, if necessary, insulator layers are manufactured (104) on one or both sides of the intermediate product, in such a way that, when manufacturing the first conducting-pattern layer, the conductor material forms an electrical contact with the contact elements of the components. Alternatively, stages (101-105) can also be performed on a single manufacturing line.

摘要： A multi-fuel rail apparatus for an internal combustion engine communicates fuel from 10 a first fuel source and a second fuel source to a plurality of fuel injectors. Each fuel injector receives fuel from the multi-fuel rail apparatus through a branch connection for each fuel. The multi fuel rail apparatus has a first elongate member including a first longitudinal bore spaced apart from a second longitudinal bore and first and second fuel inlets for fluidly communicating first and second fuels into the first and 15 second longitudinal bores respectively. There is a branch connecting structure for each fuel injector along the first elongate member for fluidly connecting the first and second longitudinal bores with respective branch connections from respective fuel injectors.

In addition, in the engine device, an intake manifold that supplies air taken in by a main combustion chamber toward an intake valve extends in parallel to the row of head covers in a cylinder block, and the fuel gas pipe and the intake manifold are arranged on the same side of the row of head covers.

摘要： A fuel injection system designed for an internal combustion engine includes at least one fuel injection nozzle which, by way of a cylindrical shell body, is inserted at least in regions into a bore of a cylinder head and which, by way of a nozzle tip, feeds fuel to a combustion chamber between the cylinder head and a reciprocating piston. The fuel injection nozzle is held in position on a housing section of the internal combustion engine with the interposition of a holding device and, for example, a fastening bolt. The holding device braces a first end region of the fuel injection nozzle against a bore stop within the bore in the cylinder head. To optimize this fuel injection system, the holding device has, outside the bore, a fixing bushing to which the shell body is fixed axially and radially by way of a radial insert element. A spring system acts between a first radial stop of the fuel injection nozzle and a second radial stop of the fixing bushing as viewed in the axial direction of the shell body of the fuel injection nozzle. The spring system seeks to move the fixing bushing, by way of a third radial stop, against a locking element system of the insert element, which is supported on a fourth radial stop applied to the shell body.

摘要： Provided is a protective structure (64) for a fuel pipe (45) extending along the intake side of an engine main body (9) under an intake manifold (20). A protective member (61) is placed in front of the fuel pipe. The protective member includes a pair of legs (64, 65) secured to the intake side of the engine main body, a main body (63) extending from the legs upward in an arcuate manner along a front side of the fuel pipe and bent rearward in an upper part thereof, and an abutting projection (63G) extending from an upper end of the main body and projecting upward and rearward. A fastening member (26, 27) is passed through a flange of the intake manifold, and includes an engagement feature (36) positioned behind a free end of the abutting projection. The protective member minimizes the loading transmitted to the fuel pipe at the time of a vehicle crash.
