摘要： A mobile valve member designed to be arranged in the nozzle body of a fuel injector, extends along a main axis and includes a piston formed of a first male cylinder of effective diameter forming the top end of the mobile member and of a second cylinder provided with an internal cylindrical bore of the effective diameter and a shutoff member including a male cylindrical shaft of the effective diameter that fits slidingly in the internal bore, and of a member extending as far as a pointed end provided with a mobile seat and forming the bottom end of the mobile member. The mobile member is hydraulically balanced and the length between the top end and the bottom end thereof is variable as a result of the sliding of the cylindrical shaft in the internal bore of the piston.

摘要： A clip-for a fuel injection valve includes a load transmitting member-and a fitting member. The load transmitting member is formed from a single wire material and includes a contacting portion, which contacts a contactable surface formed in the fuel injection valve, a depressible portion, which is depressible in a downward direction by a pressing surface formed in a fuel supply conduit, and a spring portion, which is formed between one end of the contacting portion and the depressible portion and is resiliently deformable by a load. The fitting member-is formed separately from the load transmitting member and is connected to the load transmitting member on a side of the contacting portion, which is opposite from the spring portion. The fitting member is fittable to a fittable portion of the fuel supply conduit.

In one example, a system may include a hollow cone-shaped injector and a control unit to control the injector. 摘要： An object of the present invention is to provide a fuel injection valve configured to suppress bouncing of a valve element that is caused as a result of the valve element being rendered elastic when the valve element collides with a valve seat.The fuel injection valve of the present invention includes the valve element configured to come into contact with the valve seat for closing an injection hole and to separate from the valve seat for unclosing the injection hole, an elastic member urging the valve element toward the valve seat, a movable iron core disposed to be in and out of contact with the valve element, a fixed iron core disposed to be opposed to the movable iron core, and a coil configured to generate electromagnetic force for moving the movable iron core. At least one lower rigidity part having reduced rigidity per axial unit length is provided between a surface where urging force of the elastic member is transmitted to the valve element and a seat part whereat the valve element comes into contact with and separates from the valve seat.

摘要： A fuel injector for a combustion engine includes an injector head including a nozzle, a premixer, and a distributor structured to distribute a plurality of different fuels to different sets of fueling orifices in the premixer. A pilot assembly of the fuel injector is coupled to the premixer and includes a first fueling passage for a first fuel and a second fueling passage for a second fuel. Multiple sets of fueling orifices are positioned within the fuel injector, the fueling orifice sets being selectively connectable to a plurality of different fuel supplies, and both located and sized so as to accommodate a wide range of flow rates to enable a combustion engine coupled with the fuel injector to operate on fuels having a range of Wobbe numbers and compositions.
