摘要： A positive displacement inductive pump includes a central piston formed of a ferromagnetic material having non-ferromagnetic end pistons that extend from each of its opposite ends. Stationary end walls are mounted to opposite ends of a housing and are centrally bored. First and second inductive coils are alternately energized, causing the central piston and the end pistons to conjointly reciprocate within an axial bore and the end wall central bores, respectively. First and second check valves are positioned outboard of each end wall and allow valve-controlled ingress and egress of material into and out of the axial and central bores. The relative diameters of the central piston and the end pistons are changed to control the relationship between the magnetic force applied and the output pressure for a given volume of fluid.

The invention is distinguished by the fact that the switching device (14) comprises through-passages (28, 29) for the hydraulic oil for actuating the differential cylinders (22, 23), via which the head-end chambers (51, 52) of the differential cylinders (22, 23) are connected to the switching device (14) without hydraulic oil lines. The object of the invention is also a method for operating a hydraulically actuated dual-cylinder piston pump according to the invention.

摘要： A device of a grease gun is used for delivering a viscous liquid to flow from a reservoir of the viscous liquid to a hose. The device includes a delivery head, two plungers, a cam member, and a drive source configured to drive the cam member to rotate. The delivery head has an outlet port for delivering the viscous liquid into the hose, two bores, and an intake port disposed for receiving the viscous liquid from the reservoir. Each of the plungers is slidably disposed in a corresponding one of the bores. Rotation of the cam member is translated into linear reciprocating motions of the plungers so as to permit the viscous liquid to alternately flow into the bores and then to flow out of the outlet port.

A housing hole (biasing force receiving part) for receiving a biasing force of the center spring is formed on one end part of the cylinder block. The tip of a second neck (reaction force receiving part) for receiving a reaction force from the second swash plate is formed on the other end part of the cylinder block. The cylinder block is biased only toward the second swash plate by the center spring.

The first cylinder unit includes a first piston and a first coupling bearing connected to the first piston. The second cylinder unit includes a second piston and a second coupling bearing connected to the second piston. An eccentric transmission shaft of the motor extends through the first and second coupling bearings of the first and second cylinder units. The first and second pistons of the first and second cylinder units move reciprocatingly when the motor operates. An intake check valve is mounted in an intake passage between an intake port of the first cylinder unit and an inlet of the housing. An outlet check valve is mounted in an outlet passage between an outlet port of the second cylinder unit and an outlet of the housing.

The housing body is configured to be carried and supported by an operator of the hand held airless fluid dispensing device during operation. The fluid container is supported by the housing body. The reciprocating piston fluid pump is coupled to the housing body and comprises at least two pumping chambers configured to be actuated out of phase by at least one piston. The primary drive element is coupled to the housing body and connected to the reciprocating piston fluid pump to actuate the at least one piston. The spray tip is connected to an outlet of at least one of the pumping chambers.
