摘要： A ball valve assembly for a fracturing (frac) fluid end. The ball valve assembly includes a seat that is adapted to engaged with the frac fluid end inside of at least one chamber defined by the frac fluid end. The ball valve assembly also includes a seal that is operably engaged with the seat to prevent fluid from escaping around the seat. The ball valve assembly also includes a ball valve that is operably engageable inside of the seat. During operation, the ball valve is moveable between a seated position and a disengaged position relative to the seat via at least plunger of the frac fluid end to allow the fluid to travel from an intake chamber of the frac fluid end towards a discharge chamber of the frac fluid end.

The pump may also include a first chamber within the outer housing for receiving fluid admitted into the pump from an ambient environment and through an inlet to the pump, a second chamber within the outer housing for receiving fluid from the first chamber, and a piston that both (i) selectively controls the flow of fluid from the first chamber to the second chamber and (ii) selectively expels the fluid from the second chamber into the ambient environment.

摘要： An example linear pumping system suitable for small size and low flow rate operation. The system includes a pump casing that encloses a linear motor and one or two (an upper and lower) pumps. The pump casing may include an upper fluid inlet port, a lower fluid inlet port, and a fluid-outlet port. The linear motor includes a stator and a mover, where the mover includes an upper plunger portion and a lower plunger portion and is configured to move alternately up and down relative to the stator. The upper and lower pumps positioned on both sides of the mover may each include a pump chamber, a fluid inlet valve, and a fluid outlet valve. In operation, hydraulic pressure from the upper and lower pump outlet valves causes fluid within an interior cavity of the pump casing to be expelled through the fluid outlet port. The motion of the mover can be controlled using pressure and/or plunger position measurements.

摘要： A metering device and metering method for metering carbon dioxide flow belong to the technical field of preparation of polyurethane foam materials. The metering device of the present invention has a simple structure and a small size, can accurately control the amount of the delivered liquefied carbon dioxide; meanwhile, one end of the metering pump is connected with the sliding block, and the sliding block can move on the transverse plate, thus changing the vertical movement stroke of the piston rod and changing the flow volume of the carbon dioxide. The cylinder of the metering pump of the present invention is internally provided with the water passages, and a coolant can be filled into the water passages to keep the temperature of the carbon dioxide constant.
