摘要： An automatic transmission includes a park rod adapted to non-rotatably lock an output shaft of the automatic transmission, an actuator adapted to drive the park rod, and an ATCU adapted to drive the actuator when a setting range of the automatic transmission is set into a P range. In a situation where an accelerator pedal is pressed on a climbing slope, driving force and gradient resistance are balanced, and a vehicle is stopped, the ATCU does not set the setting range of the automatic transmission into the P range even when a shifter is operated into the P range.

摘要： A power system includes an electric motor, a transmission, and a differential gear system. The transmission includes a first gear that is mechanically connected to the electric motor, a second gear that has a rotation axis in common with the first gear and is mechanically connected to a differential gear casing of the differential gear system, and a plurality of pinion gears that mesh with the first gear and the second gear. The plurality of pinion gears are supported to be capable of rotating and not to be capable of revolving. One pinion gear out of the plurality of pinion gears is only mechanically connected to a rotation restricting mechanism that is switchable between an operating state and a non-operating state. The rotation restricting mechanism restricts rotation of the pinion gear in the operating state, and permits the rotation of the pinion gear in the non-operating state.

The electromagnetic unit is configured such that a solenoid shaft is held when a coil is energized, and such that movement of the solenoid shaft toward the right side in the drawing is allowed during movement of the piston rod when the coil is not energized. When a hydraulic pressure for a piston is reduced with the coil not energized in a parking unlocked state, switching is performed to a parking locked state with a piston rod moved downward in the drawing while moving the solenoid shaft rightward in the drawing through abutment between a roller of a pin of the piston rod and a distal end portion of the solenoid shaft.

The dual clutch assembly has a dual clutch axis and includes a first clutch shaft and a second clutch shaft. The input shaft assembly includes a nested first inner input shaft and a second outer input shaft that are operationally coupled to the first clutch shaft and a second clutch shaft. An input shaft axis is offset from the dual clutch axis of the dual clutch assembly. A plurality of drive gears of the input shaft assembly are operationally coupled to a plurality of driven gears of the counter shaft assembly. The shift assembly is operationally coupled to select. The at least one output assembly is operationally coupled to the counter shaft assembly.

摘要： A vehicle driver interface eliminates the need for the direct driver selection of a park mode. Instead, a park mechanism is automatically engaged in response to either a transition into an ignition Off state, or detection of the absence of a driver. The park mechanism is released in response to selection of a drive mode, which can be either a forward drive mode or a reverse drive mode. To permit idling with the driver present, an electronic park brake is automatically engaged when the vehicle comes to a stop in a drive mode, and is automatically released when the driver taps the accelerator pedal. A stay-in-neutral mode overrides the automatic engagement of the park mechanism or the electronic parking brake to permit operations such as towing the vehicle.
