摘要： An electric motor built for exposure to high pressure fluid includes a unitary metal sleeve that provides a fluid barrier between the rotor and the stator. An overmolded resin encapsulates the stator windings and reinforces the sleeve to minimize deformation of the sleeve under high fluid pressures. The overmolded resin also fixes the positions of insulation displacement connectors connected to the stator windings, thereby avoiding mechanical brackets and fasteners for holding the insulation displacement connectors in position.

摘要： A motor includes a stationary portion that includes a shaft extending vertically along a central axis, a rotating portion that rotates around the central axis as a center, and a bearing that rotatably supports the rotating portion with respect to the shaft. The rotating portion includes on an outer side of the stationary portion in a radial direction a cylindrical motor casing that extends in an axial direction around the shaft as a center and a magnet that is disposed on an inner peripheral surface of the motor casing. The stationary portion includes a circuit board that is perpendicularly disposed with respect to the shaft, and a stator that is positioned below the circuit board in the axial direction and above the bearing in the axial direction. The stator includes a stator core that includes a ring-shaped core back having the central axis as the center and a plurality of teeth extending outward from the core back in the radial direction, and a coil that includes a conductor wire wound around the teeth. A first conductor wire that is led out from the coil is connected to the circuit board. A second conductor wire is connected to an upper surface of the circuit board in the axial direction.

摘要： A base of a case has an inner groove portion, which surrounds a circuit board, and an outer groove portion. A first projected portion of a connector is inserted in the inner groove portion via a first seal portion. A second projected portion of the connector is inserted in the outer groove portion via a second seal portion. The first seal portion and the second seal portion are formed of the same material and are interposed between a periphery of an opening of the case and the connector. The first seal portion in the inner groove portion is in contact with the first projected portion of the connector to water tightly seal an accommodation space formed in the case. The second seal portion in the outer groove portion is in contact with the second projected portion of the connector to restrict vibration of the connector.

An ODP-type engine housing including a metal housing with a side opening, the opening compatible with the shape of the bottom of the junction box, enabling the junction box to partially close the opening of the housing. The second housing abuts against an end face of the first housing. At least one of the first and second housings is formed with ribs. The ribs extend from each of securing portions to a containing portion that contains the screw shaft. The securing portions are arranged on the periphery of the housing to receive fastening bolts.
