摘要： A rapid-connect coupler having an anti-rotation feature is disclosed. A coupler includes a housing, a probe configured to translate longitudinally within the housing, a ball cage, a plurality of balls disposed in the ball cage, and a slidable sleeve coupled to the probe and configured to translate longitudinally with the probe. The slidable sleeve includes a collar that defines a plurality of channels positioned radially about and extending axially along an outer surface. The plurality of channels of the collar are configured to receive bearings of the receptacle to prevent rotation of the coupler relative to the receptacle. To couple the coupler to the receptacle, the slidable sleeve is configured to slide in a longitudinal direction into the receptacle to cause the plurality of channels to receive the bearings of the receptacle and subsequently cause the plurality of balls to lock the coupler to the receptacle.

摘要： A coupling assembly (10) is reconfigurable among three states. In a disconnected state, a spring-biased lock indicator (20) is in a first lock indicator position, and the lock indicator includes a restriction member (40) that in the first lock indicator position retains an actuator in a first actuator position such that a valve is in a closed position and a locking pin is in a retracted position. In a connected/valve-closed state, the lock indicator (20) is in a second lock indicator position in which the restriction member (40) permits movement of the actuator (30), but with the actuator (30) still being in the first actuator position such that the valve is in the closed position and the locking pin (46) is in the retracted position. In a connected/valve-open state, the lock indicator (20) is in the second lock indicator position to permit movement of the actuator (30), and now with the actuator (30) being in the second actuator position such that the valve is in the open position and the locking pin (46) is in an extended position to lock a second coupling assembly to the coupling assembly to form a unisex coupling connection.

摘要： A coaxial coupling 10 includes a female coupling half 50 and a male coupling half 130. The coupling 10 is used in a hydraulic circuit 100 that includes a multistage hydraulic pump 101 and a hydraulic machine 102. The coupling is used in the circuit 100 to connect components when the pump is running. The coupling halves have a disconnected configuration (FIG. 1), a connection initiation configuration (FIG. 2), and a fully connected configuration (FIG. 3). Coupling half 50 includes a manually actuated restrictor 1 that signals the pump 101 to move to a low flow condition independently of load demand from the machine 102 in the connection initiation configuration. This reduces the forces required to move the coupling halves from the connection initiation configuration to the fully connected configuration.
