摘要： A modular lighting apparatus includes at least one supporting element which is electrically powered and one or more plate-shaped elements with a substantially triangular shape. On each plate-shaped element there are one or more lighting elements of the LED type. The three tips or ends of each triangular plate-shaped element are cut away, forming a rectilinear end portion which can be assembled with a respective supporting element. Each supporting element is equipped with a plurality of seats profiled for receiving respective rectilinear end portions of a plate-shaped element. Each seat is provided with an electrical connector and each plate-shaped element is in turn provided, at each rectilinear end portion, with at least one contact element designed to interface with the electrical connector of each supporting element. Each plate-shaped element is provided with at least one attachment opening, positioned at a respective rectilinear end portion, whilst on each seat of a respective supporting element there is at least one hole, designed to act in conjunction with a corresponding attachment opening to make each plate-shaped element integral with the supporting element with the aid of a fixing mechanism, so that the plate-shaped elements can be positioned according to an icosahedron geometrical shape in a complete or partial form.

摘要： The present disclosure provides a heat sink and an LED light bulb having the heat sink, in which the heat sink is processed by integral bending of a metal plate to form a one-piece structure. The main parts of the heat sink are two spaced side plates and one connecting plate jointing the two side plates. The relative cost is lower than an inblock metal die-casting and the relative shaping process is simpler. Further, the heat sink, an LED light source and other components are accommodated inside a glass housing which is jointed to a base to achieve an overall configuration identical to the traditional light bulbs. Accordingly, the present disclosure makes the structural design of the LED light source more flexible, easier to achieve wide-angle emitting design.

摘要： An LED light bulb assembly having a base provided with a connection portion for connecting the assembly to an electric light bulb socket, and with a holding portion, the connection portion and the holding portion facing in opposite directions running essentially in parallel to a central axis of the assembly. The assembly has a substrate carrying at least one LED and having a mounting section which is affixed to the holding portion in a fully assembled state of the assembly. A method for assembling an LED light bulb assembly as described above is also disclosed. The LED light bulb assembly is easy to assemble, yet rugged, and allows for fully automating the production or at least minimizing manufacturing efforts, and thus reducing the costs of LED light bulbs.

The plurality of light emitting elements are respectively provided at the plurality of the mounting positions and establish an electrical connection with the circuit pattern.

摘要： An LED bulb comprises a structural shell formed by folding a flat PCB into a three-dimensional polyhedron shape and a fitting for removably coupling the bulb to a light socket. The PCB comprises a plurality of LEDs, at least one LED mounted electronically on a plurality of faces of the polyhedron, and a driver circuit for driving each LED. The perimeter of the PCB is shaped to join adjacent faces. Each LED produces minimal excess heat, which is partially conducted by a metallic heat sink bridge to the PCB and dissipated to the air through the PCB and through a plurality of spaces in the shell.

摘要： A lamp has an optically transmissive enclosure and a base. A tower extends from the base into the enclosure and supports an LED assembly in the enclosure. The LED assembly comprises a plurality of LEDs operable to emit light when energized through an electrical path from the base. The tower and the LED assembly are arranged such that the plurality of LEDs are disposed about the periphery of the tower in a band and face outwardly toward the enclosure to create a source of the light that appears as a glowing filament. The tower forms part of a heat sink that transmits heat from the LED assembly to the ambient environment. The LED assembly has a three-dimensional shape. An electrical interconnect connects a conductor to the heat sink where the conductor is in the electrical path between the LED assembly and the base.
