摘要： A water-cooling radiator with staggered-overlap heat-dissipation fins includes a main body, which is provided with a heat-dissipation fin assembly, a coolant tube, a water inlet and a water outlet. An end of the coolant tube is connected with the water inlet, and the other end of the coolant tube is connected with the water outlet. The heat-dissipation fin assembly is composed of two heat-dissipation fin groups connected in an inverse overlap manner, and the two heat-dissipation fin groups are the same in fin spacing.

摘要： Disclosed herein are devices, methods, and systems for heat exchange, comprising one or more multi-disk rotors, one or more finned thermal elements, and a cover, which, even without an external fan, are combined in one apparatus to form a directed movement of fluid and heat exchange. Additional embodiments comprise an additional circulation chamber, integrated with/within said apparatus and/or external fans and/or at least one baffle in a circulation chamber for further directing and intensifying a changing of temperature of fluid passing through the apparatus. A highly efficient heat exchange is achieved by a high temperature gradient near the heat transferring surface and by a high-volume pumping capability of the multi-disk fan. The devices, methods, and systems are particularly applicable in fields that require compactness and low noise levels during operation, such as air conditioning and CPU cooling.

The valve core receiving cavity is in communication with the communication hole via a connection groove at a back side of the mounting plate; the mounting plate is fixed to the heat exchanger in a sealed manner, the mounting hole is in communication with the first flow passage, and the communication hole is in communication with the first flow passage via the connection groove and the mounting hole.

摘要： A liquid type cooling device, which is incorporated in an image forming apparatus, includes a heat receiving part including a heat receiving unit to transport heat from a cooling target to a coolant and a heat releasing part including a heat releasing unit, a cooling fan, and an air flowing space. The heat releasing unit has a coolant flowing path and an air flowing path through which air passes and conducts heat exchange with the coolant. The air flowing space has an air inlet port and an air outlet port. When the air flowing path has an upstream region and a downstream region along a coolant flowing direction of the coolant flowing path, air at high temperature flows into the upstream region of the air flowing path. Alternatively, the heat releasing unit may have a coolant inlet port, a coolant outlet port, and the air flowing path.

摘要： A heat exchanger manifold comprises a heat exchanger header having a header plate with a periphery, a plurality of tube openings within the header plate portion periphery adapted to connect to tubes of a heat exchanger core, a groove around the periphery of the header plate to receive a foot of a tank, and a fastener base extending inward from the header plate. The manifold includes a heat exchanger tank having an opening for mating with the header, a foot extending substantially around a periphery of the opening which is received in the header groove, and a fastener base extending from an inner surface of the tank. A resilient sealing gasket is positioned between the tank foot and the header groove to seal the tank to the header, and a plurality of tabs extending around the periphery of the header are crimped over the tank foot to make the seal between the header groove and the tank foot. During operation, a fastener between the header plate fastener base and the tank fastener base restricts movement of the tank away from the header to maintain compression on the seal between the header groove and the tank foot, and a cross tie extending between interior surfaces of the tank side walls restricts movement of the tank side walls away from each other.

In contrast, a cooling system of the present invention is provided with a boiling heat transfer surface that vaporizes a refrigerant liquid. Such that the refrigerant liquid forms a thin film at a root and a base portion of a fin for various refrigerants, it is provided with a configuration in which a protruding portion of the fin is inclined from a fin base. Further, it is provided with a configuration in which a notch is provided to the fin base at the fin root. Still further, it is provided with a configuration in which the protruding portion of the fin is cut in a fin base direction.
