摘要： The present disclosure provides for a heat exchanger having a heat exchanger shell and a heat exchanger core defined by plurality of core elements releasably connected together when positioned within the heat exchanger shell. Each core element is defined by first and second opposing plates permanently fixed together with a fluid flow path formed therebetween. A coolant flow path is formed between adjacent core elements. A fluid seal positioned between adjacent core elements is configured to form a fluid tight seal between the fluid flow path and the coolant flow path. Individual core elements may be removed from the heat exchanger core to permit removal of coolant precipitated material deposits therefrom.

摘要： To provide a plate heat exchanger free from degradation of gaskets which form a flow path through which a high-temperature fluid flows. In the plate heat exchanger, a plurality of heat transfer plates 20 each provided with passage holes 21, 22, 23, and 24 in corners are stacked; a flow-path forming gasket 31 is interposed between peripheries of each adjacent ones of the heat transfer plates 20; communicating-path forming gaskets 32 are installed, surrounding the passage holes 21 in each adjacent ones of the heat transfer plates 20 alternately; and thereby a first flow path 1 adapted to pass a high-temperature fluid H, a second flow path adapted to pass a low-temperature fluid C, and communicating paths 3 adapted to cause the high-temperature fluid H and the low-temperature fluid C, respectively, to flow in and out of the first flow path 1 and the second flow path 2 are formed alternately on opposite sides of each of the heat transfer plates 20. The flow-path forming gasket 31 is made up of an inner gasket member 31a and an outer gasket member 31b arranged in two parallel lines.

摘要： A plate fin heat exchanger is configured to receive hot flow from a hot source and cool flow from a cool source. The plate fin heat exchanger includes a plurality of plates arranged in parallel to define a plurality of flow passages therebetween, and a set of closure bars arranged at a first side of the plurality of plates to seal a first set of the flow passages against ingress of the hot flow, thereby directing the hot flow into a second set of the flow passages. Each respective closure bar includes an inner core formed of a first material having a first coefficient of thermal expansion and an outer cladding arranged about the inner core, the outer cladding formed of a second material having a second coefficient of thermal expansion. The first coefficient of thermal expansion is less than the second coefficient of thermal expansion.

摘要： A liquid panel assembly configured to be used with an energy exchanger may include a support frame having one or more fluid circuits and at least one membrane secured to the support frame. Each of the fluid circuits may include an inlet channel connected to an outlet channel through one or more flow passages. A liquid is configured to flow through the fluid circuits and contact interior surfaces of the membrane(s). The fluid circuits are configured to at least partially offset liquid hydrostatic pressure with friction loss of the liquid flowing within the fluid circuits to minimize, eliminate, or otherwise reduce pressure within the liquid panel assembly.

Each heat exchanger block has multiple separating sheets arranged parallel to one another and which form a plurality of heat exchanger passages for fluids involved in a heat exchange process. At least one support provided with solder is heated in order to melt the solder, the support is arranged between opposing outer surfaces of the heat exchanger blocks to be connected which are placed one on top of the other or adjacently, the support(s) thus being fixed between the opposing outer surfaces. After the solder is hardened, a bonded and heat-conductive connection is produced between the heat exchanger blocks. Sheets or wire arrangement can be used as the supports.

The heat exchanger also includes a bifurcating portion connecting an inflow hole for flowing one operating fluid of the first and second operating fluids with an exhaust hole for exhausting the one operating fluid, and the bifurcating portion is adapted for the one operating fluid to bypass the heat radiating portion according to a temperature of the one operating fluid. The heat exchanger further includes a valve unit mounted corresponding to the inflow hole and adapted to flow the one operating fluid selectively to the heat radiating portion or the bifurcating portion according to the temperature of the one operating fluid flowing in the inflow hole.
