摘要： A system and method of detecting, locating, geolocating and providing diagnostics on electronic devices includes use of emission detection apparatus, information collected over a network and template containing emission signatures. Collected unintended emissions are compared to an emission signature in the template preferably constructed from the information collected on the network. Using the known location of the electronic device, the emissions measurement device is then used to detect and identify other devices in the vicinity of the electronic device that is connected to the network. The emission detection apparatus includes a high sensitivity receiver for receiving and analyzing electronic emissions. The network collection apparatus could be any software manifestation known in the art for collecting information about a device such as a cookie or online fingerprinting or a hardware based collection mechanism.

The method includes: striking a first piezoelectric sensor of a first unmolded pressure sensing apparatus; determining, with an interference circuit, a first peak voltage of the first piezoelectric sensor during the striking thereof; striking a second piezoelectric sensor of a second molded pressure sensing apparatus; determining with the interference circuit, a second peak voltage of the second piezoelectric sensor during the striking thereof; and calculating a piezoelectric constant of the first piezoelectric from at least the first and second peak voltages.

摘要： A platform for countering terrorist devices improvised explosive devices (IEDs) that are detonated by infrared (IR) signals is used to prematurely trigger the IEDs, and scan geographic areas from covert positions to detect the planting of IEDs regardless of the fusing method. An unmanned scansorial vehicle equipped with an IR emulator can trigger IEDs to detonate as the terrorists plant them. In addition, the surveillance capabilities of the scansorial vehicles are used to identify insurgents that plant IEDs.
