摘要： Systems and methods are described for unified processing of indexed and streaming data. A system enables users to query indexed data or specify processing pipelines to be applied to streaming data. In some instances, a user may specify a query intended to be run against indexed data, but may specify criteria that includes not-yet-indexed data (e.g., a future time frame). The system may convert the query into a data processing pipeline applied to not-yet-indexed data, thus increasing the efficiency of the system. Similarly, in some instances, a user may specify a data processing pipeline to be applied to a data stream, but specify criteria including data items outside the data stream. For example, a user may wish to apply the pipeline retroactively, to data items that have already exited the data stream. The system can convert the pipeline into a query against indexed data to satisfy the users processing requirements.

The system includes one or more sensors coupled to one or more energy consuming devices and adapted to provide working conditions of the one or more energy consuming devices. The system also includes a database capable of retaining an instruction program for the computing device. The computing device includes a processor that is configured to receive data from the one or more sensors, analyze data from the one or more sensors, and execute the instruction program received from the database in order to optimize operation of the one or more energy consuming devices based on one or more criteria.

摘要： Method for carrying out plasma processing on a wafer under Run-to-Run control by using a plasma processing apparatus having a plasma processing chamber, a process monitor which monitors a condition in the plasma processing chamber, and an actuator which controls parameters which are constituent elements of a plasma processing condition. The method includes the steps of making one of the parameters a (N−1)th manipulated variable, calculating a first difference between a process monitor value in the plasma processing obtained by the process monitor and a desired value of the process monitor value in the plasma processing, calculating a correction amount of the (N−1)th manipulated variable on the basis of the first difference and a previously obtained correlation between the process monitor value in the plasma processing and the (N−1)th manipulated variable, wherein N is a natural number equal to or larger than 2.

摘要： A motor control device includes: a motor; an inverter; and a control device. The control device includes: a detection device that detects a rotational position and a revolution speed of the motor; a positioning control device for a rotor; a deceleration device for the motor; and a determination device for the revolution speed of the motor. When the revolution speed is higher than or equal to the first predetermined revolution speed, the motor control device starts controlling the motor to rotate at the target speed, according to the rotational position detected by the detection device, without executing the positioning control. When the revolution speed is lower than the first predetermined revolution speed and higher than or equal to the second predetermined revolution speed, the deceleration device decelerates the motor. When the revolution speed is lower than the second predetermined revolution speed, the positioning control device starts executing the positioning control.

摘要： The present disclosure provides an artificial neural network communicatively-coupled to at least one computer having one or more processors, including a plurality of neurons arranged in layers. The artificial neural network is arranged to receive a new neuron into a layer of the artificial neural network during training; the new neuron being added to the neural network when no other neuron in that layer for a selected output can learn a relationship associated with an input vector of a data set being learnt. The new neuron is updated with both the relationship which could not be learnt by any other neuron in that layer and a modified data set from a last trained neuron in that layer that contributes to the selected output of the neural network, wherein the modified data set is formed by copying all learnt relationships from the last trained neuron into the new neuron and modifying the copied relationship based upon the relationship which could not be learnt by any other neuron in that layer; and, one or more output neurons are updated to accept input from the new neuron. Methods and computer-readable media are also disclosed.

摘要： A method for controlling an operation of a vapor compression system (VCS) determines values of measured outputs of the operation of the VCS that include performance and constrained outputs. The method determines states of the VCS using an estimator model of the VCS defining a relationship between the states of the VCS, control inputs and controlled outputs, such that a difference between outputs predicted using the estimator model and the measured outputs asymptotically approaches zero. The states of the VCS include a main state representing the operation of the VCS and an auxiliary state representing the effect of unknown disturbances on each measured output of the VCS. The control inputs for controlling the operation of the VCS are determined using a prediction model, such that the constrained output satisfies the constraints, and a difference between the performance output and the value of the setpoint asymptotically approaches zero.

摘要： An Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) gateway is provided for routing of ERP messages to Manufacturing Execution System (MES) applications. The gateway can receive a message from an ERP system via a manufacturing services bus specifying a business objective requiring action at a control level of an enterprise. The received message can be routed to a selected MES application capable of carrying out the business objective based on attributes within the message. Message routing can be based on location tags contained in the message. The message can also be routed to a selected subset of MES applications based on an analysis of respective capabilities and control contexts of the MES applications. Messages can be routed between the ERP system and the MES applications via the manufacturing services bus, which can manage protocol transformations for a heterogeneous set of applications.
