摘要： A system for generating power includes a supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) system that provides control commands to a plurality of turbine controllers to cause a windfarm to output power at a level within power parameters in a setpoint. Each turbine controller is installed at a corresponding wind turbine of a plurality of wind turbines in the windfarm. The system also includes a backup system comprising a programmable logic controller (PLC). The PLC receives turbine state information from the SCADA system that characterizes an operational state of each of the plurality of wind turbines in the windfarm and detects that the SCADA system is offline. The PLC also selectively provides start and stop commands to a plurality of terminal interface units (TIUs) to cause the windfarm to output power at a level within the power parameters identified in the setpoint in response to the detecting.

摘要： The present disclosure is directed to a method for controlling a wind turbine using an adjusted aerodynamic performance map. In one embodiment, the method includes monitoring at least one of an actual wind parameter or operating data of the wind turbine using one or more sensors. Further, the method includes determining an adjustment factor for the aerodynamic performance map based, at least in part, on either or both of the measured actual wind parameter or the wind turbine operating data. Moreover, the method includes applying the adjustment factor to a first aerodynamic performance map to obtain an adjusted aerodynamic performance map. Thus, the method also includes controlling the wind turbine based on the adjusted aerodynamic performance map.

摘要： A method of generating a control schedule for a wind turbine is provided, the control schedule indicating how the turbine maximum power level varies over time, the method comprising: determining a value indicative of the current remaining fatigue lifetime of the turbine, or one or more turbine components, based on measured wind turbine site and/or operating data;applying an optimisation function that varies an initial control schedule to determine an optimised control schedule by varying the trade off between energy capture and fatigue life consumed by the turbine or the one or more turbine components until an optimised control schedule is determined, the optimisation including: estimating future fatigue lifetime consumed by the turbine or turbine component over the duration of the varied control schedule based on the current remaining fatigue lifetime and the varied control schedule; and constraining the optimisation of the control schedule according to one or more input constraints; wherein the input constraints include a maximum number of permitted component replacements for one or more turbine components and the optimisation further includes varying an initial value for a wind turbine lifetime to determine a target wind turbine lifetime.

摘要： The present invention relates to a control system for thrust-limiting of wind turbines, which wind turbine comprises at least one tower, which tower carries at least one nacelle which nacelle comprises a rotating shaft, which shaft is rotated by one or more blades, which blades at pitch regulated by a pitch control system. It is the object of the present invention to reduce mechanical load and stress of a wind turbine. A further object is to reduce the maximal load on tower of a wind turbine. The thrust-limiting control system performs control of the pitch angle, which thrust-limiting control system performs regulation of the pitch angle based on at least a first input from a wind estimator and a second input from a turbulence estimator. By thrust-limiting control, reduction in the maximum mechanical load on a tower, or maybe also a nacelle, can be achieved by a relatively high percentage of the load in a way where it has only very limited influence on the power production of the wind turbine.

摘要： The present subject matter is directed to a method for managing and/or categorizing trip faults of an electrical component, such as power converter, of a wind turbine. The method includes receiving, via a local controller of the wind turbine, an indication of at least one trip fault in the electrical component of the wind turbine. The method also includes determining, via the local controller, a unique identifier for the trip fault. More specifically, the unique identifier contains information regarding a type of the trip fault and at least one of an origin or a cause, of the trip fault. Further, the method includes sending, via the local controller, the unique identifier to a supervisory controller of the wind turbine. Thus, the method also includes implementing, via the supervisory controller, a control action based on the unique identifier.

摘要： The present application is concerned with a flexible way of operating a wind farm with a plurality of degrading wind turbine components. According to the invention, maintenance scheduling and power production in the wind farm are handled concurrently in a single optimization step. Instead of a serial approach first scheduling maintenance activities and subsequently adapting the power production and/or wind turbine operation the two aspects are optimized together. The wind farm operation takes maintenance aspects into account by adapting life index or health status based on modeled mechanical and electrical stress. Accordingly, the wind farm owner may decide when and how much energy to produce accepting which level of stress to the turbine equipment. The proposed optimization of wind farm operation includes all aspects of transmission network operator settings, the topology of wind farms and the underlying collector grid, the short and long term wind conditions forecasts, the conditions of the turbines, the estimated remaining operational time under different usage patterns and times, as well as aspects of the electricity market.
