摘要： A cloud based identity management system that handles a plurality of published events that are published and consumed by microservices provides a dynamic queue that includes one or more active queues and one or more inactive queues. Embodiments create selectors for all of the active queues and the inactive queues and binds subscribers to each active queue. Embodiments dynamically cause at least one of the inactive queues to become one of the active queues when a number of published events increases.

摘要： A method for operating a server device in a system is disclosed. The server device determines a current process value of at least one process parameter of a process controlled by the system and transmits the determined current process values to a plurality of client devices in the system for each process parameter or a subset thereof via a data network. According to the invention, the server device forms a variable group for at least one process parameter which is to be transmitted to more than one of the client devices. The server device then combines in each case the current process values of the at least one process parameter in the variable group at the different transmission times to form a single multi-target message and at the different transmission times to form a single multi-target message and transmits the multi-target message to a group address in the data network.

摘要： A collaborative automation platform includes a control server connected to a local area control network, and a plurality of distributed autonomous process interface systems. Each distributed autonomous process interface system is configured to receive measurement data from one or more field instruments and forward converted measurement data via an uplink to subscribers. Each distributed autonomous process interface system includes a standalone data distribution system-enabled input/output system and associated hardware for connection to the one or more field instruments. The collaborative automation platform also includes real-time DDS middleware configured to interconnect process control applications of the control server with the plurality of distributed autonomous process interface systems. The collaborative automation platform is configured with circuitry to determine unmeasured process properties required for higher level process control applications, publish changed values of the converted measurement data to the subscribers, and publish the unmeasured process properties to the subscribers.

摘要： A process monitor system collects process execution status data such as work-in-process information from multiple manufacturing execution systems controlling multiple fabrication lines of factories of a firm. The process monitor system converts and encapsulates the process execution status data with a common standard formatting. The process execution status data is then published to subscribers of specific subjects of the process execution status data. The converted and encapsulated process execution status data is logged to a message ledger to certify publication and receipt by subscribers. A periodic diagnostic messaging or heartbeat is transmitted between elements processing and publishing the process execution status data to provide failure recovery. The elements processing and publishing the process execution status data are connected as a distributed queue of parallel process and have a designated scheduler to provide a balancing of loading.

The protocol is executable on a computer network having a plurality of nodes that include applications, a network stack, an operating system, and middleware capable of executing real-time operations. The protocol can use group objects to model physical and logical devices connected to the network wherein each group object comprises at least one variable. Changes in these variables are encapsulated in variable change messages which are propagated in the network using communication objects. Also described is a real-time messaging format useful for implementing the protocol.

A subscription to the OPC DA server for diagnostic data from the field device is made and a subscription to an OPC AE server for event notifications from the OPC AE server is made. When an event notification is received from the OPC AE server, the subscription to the OPC DA server is activated. Diagnostic data from the field device is received and device health information from the diagnostic data is generated. The device health information is displayed on a viewing monitor. The subscription to the OPC DA server is then deactivated.
