摘要： A system for fabricating a dental restoration to restore a plurality of teeth in a dentition of a patient is described. The dentition includes a restoration dental arch and an opposing dental arch. The restoration dental arch includes a restoration site and the opposing dental arch is opposite the restoration dental arch. The system includes an impression apparatus, a motion capture apparatus, an interference model generation system, and a restoration design system. The impression apparatus is configured to capture an impression of the dentition of the patient. The motion capture apparatus is configured to capture a plurality of location data points that represent the locations of the opposing dental arch relative to the restoration dental arch. The interference model generation system is configured to generate an interference model for the restoration site. The restoration design system is for designing a restoration using the interference model.

摘要： Methods and systems for creating a mold for a cast memorialization product are described herein. In a process for creating a mold, a three-dimensional (3D) model of a product design is generated. The product design includes customized features for a memorialization product. A mold design is generated based upon the 3D model of the product design. Printing instructions for creating the mold are generated and accessed by a processing device. The mold is created according to the printing instructions. A product, such as a bronze memorialization product, can be cast using the mold.

摘要： A computer implemented system for optimization of sand for reducing casting rejections in a foundry utilizing the existing foundry components or machinery. The system is accessible online via a computer network. The system is enabled to provide a predicted or prescribed solution for the optimization of sand using at least a parameter relating to the aforementioned sand. Further, the system is enabled to determine the parameters contributing to casting rejections and provide a corresponding solution for reducing the rejections in the next casting batches for the particular foundry. The system includes a user interface module for enabling users to upload foundry related data into the system, a reporting module enabling the user to generate and understand current statistics of the foundry, and a processing engine which enables the system to perform mathematical computation of user queries and provide the desired predicted or prescribed solution to the user for the foundry.

The curvatures on the pinion and the side gear teeth cooperatively define a controlled relative radius of curvature section except where the involute sections are located. The controlled relative radius of curvature section defines a sum of values of radius of curvature at a point of contact between the curvatures of the pinion gear teeth and the side gear teeth. The sum has a constant or decreasing value.

摘要： A process for producing a shaped material can be designed in parallel to product designing, thereby reducing a period between initiation of product designing and completion of design of the process for producing the shaped material. A shaped material production process designing device (1) comprises a CPU (21) which includes a design record retrieving section (41) for retrieving a past design record from a design record database (5). Of the past process for producing the shaped material, design data of a standard portion independent from a shape of the product is acquired by a standard portion design data acquiring section (43). A shape dependent portion designing section (45) designs the shaped material production process that depends on the shape of the product. The CPU further includes a process design data editing section (47) for editing the design data of the standard portion and a design result of the shape dependent portion.
