摘要： Systems and methods for determining the location of personnel on a drilling site. A computer vision system can automatically identify and determine the locations of personnel on a drilling site, can generate a confidence map of the locations, and can display the locations of the personnel on a map of the drilling site. The system and methods also include taking corrective action when a person's location is determined to be unsafe, such as by inhibiting or causing automated actions with respect to machinery and equipment at the drilling site. The systems and methods may include the use of multiple cameras or video sources located at the drilling site and may be coupled to a control system to control machinery or equipment at the drilling site.

摘要： Situational-awareness controllers and methods to increase situational-awareness for an actor associated with a triggering event are described. An example method includes in response to receiving a notification of a triggering event generated by at least one sensor, a computing device accessing information that includes related to an actor associated with the triggering event. The computing device correlates the information to a compilation of historical information by (i) determining whether the actor's location is associated with one or more safety events stored as part of the compilation of historical information and (ii) determining a risk level of the actor based on whether the one or more associated safety events occurred within a predetermined range of time from the time associated with the triggering event. The computing device generates a command based on a result of the correlating and sends the command to at least one controllable device.

The machines may include an operative structure configured to perform a task, where the operative structure includes a cutting tool adapted to move in at least one motion, and a safety system adapted to detect the occurrence of an unsafe condition between a person and the cutting tool and for mitigating the unsafe condition. The safety system may include a detection subsystem and a reaction subsystem.

A computer device defines an exclusionary volume having an outer exclusionary surface at least partially surrounding a mobile workstation that is operably disposed in the workspace. The computer device receives data from at least one sensor and determines the location of the workstation and humans within the workspace based on the data. The computer device activates an indicator and alters the motion of the workstation after detection of a human breaching the exclusionary volume or exclusionary surface.

摘要： An automatic door includes a control program microprocessed in commensuration with the requirements of a servo-controlled control network of an automatic door and recorded in a read only memory (ROM), whereby upon an initiation by an electric current, a central processing unit (CPU) will give series of instructions to automatically sense the location of the automatic door and will calculate the errors after finishing each operating cycle of the moving door for re-setting the positioning point for each operation mode of a next door movement, and will always monitor the running speed of a motor for driving the door to be compared with a pre-determined value memoried in the ROM so as to exert a warning alarm and to temporarily stop or finally stop a door for safety purpose.

摘要： A bidirectional communications link, termed a customization window, comprises a series of routines including functions, procedures and status flags implemented in software, interfaced between a machine control logic (MCL) operating to control the auxiliary functions of a computerized numerical control (CNC) system and a numerical control (NC) operating to control the multi-axis motions of the system whereby the MCL, implemented in software, can access the NC, also implemented in software, and control the system but only under conditions dictated by the NC and enforced by the routines of the customization window so that, for example, the integrity of the NC software will not be compromised by any of the MCL software which is of a user programmable type. Additionally, machine setup data and the availability of optional system control features are routed from the NC to the MCL through the customization window. Also the customization window conveys the status of the various operational conditions of the NC to the MCL.
