摘要： A driving device comprises a first transistor (B13), a second transistor (B14), and a resistance element. The first transistor (B13) has one terminal receiving a pulsed current and a control terminal connected to the one terminal. The second transistor (B14) has one terminal connected to at least one load, the other terminal connected to a reference potential together with the other terminal of the first transistor (B13), and a control terminal connected to the control terminal of the first transistor (B13). The resistance element is connected between the control terminal of the first transistor (B13) and the other terminal of the first transistor (B13).

摘要： Provided are a power regulation circuit and method for a chip, and a power supply circuit for a circuit. The power regulation circuit includes an LC circuit and an LC correction circuit. One terminal of the LC circuit is electrically connected to a positive pole of a chip and a positive electrode of a power supply. The other terminal of the LC circuit is electrically connected to a negative pole of the chip and a negative pole of the power supply. The LC correction circuit is electrically connected to the chip and the LC circuit, and is used to regulate a working parameter of the LC circuit according to the current working mode of the chip.

摘要： An amplification interface includes first and second differential input terminals, first and second differential output terminals providing first and second output voltages defining a differential output signal, and first and second analog integrators coupled between the first and second differential input terminals and the first and second differential output terminals, the first and second analog integrators being resettable by a reset signal. A control circuit generates the reset signal such that the first and second analog integrators are periodically reset during a reset interval and activated during a measurement interval, receives a control signal indicative of offsets in the measurement sensor current and the reference sensor current, and generates a drive signal as a function of the control signal. First and second current generators coupled first and second compensation circuits to the first and second differential input terminals as a function of a drive signal.

摘要： An apparatus for generating a substantially constant DC reference voltage. The apparatus includes a reference voltage generator configured to generate a substantially constant direct current (DC) reference voltage based on a voltage on a data signal transmission line, wherein the voltage is based on a bandgap reference voltage. In one implementation, the data signal transmission line is a differential signal transmission line and the voltage is a common mode voltage. In another implementation, the data signal transmission line is an I-data signal transmission line and a Q-data signal transmission line, and the voltage is an average or weighted-average of the common mode voltages of the I- and Q-differential signals. In another implementation, the reference voltage is based on a single-ended (e.g., positive- and/or negative)-component or vice-versa of I- and Q-data signals, respectively.

摘要： An improved reference current generator for use in an integrated circuit. A voltage difference generator generates two voltages that are separated by a relatively small electrical potential. The two closely separated voltages are applied across a resistive element with relatively large impedance value resulting in a small and stable reference current. The stable reference current is mirrored and, if desired, amplified for use on the integrated circuit. A driver selectively drives state information off chip for assisting in post-silicon correction of unwanted sensitivities. A configuration memory stores values used to adjust effective device widths and lengths for correcting unwanted sensitivities.

摘要： Methods and apparatus for controlling a voltage source converter to energise a DC link. A voltage order generating module generates a voltage order for controlling the voltage source converter to generate a DC voltage on the DC link. the voltage order is based on a time varying voltage reference signal. A voltage reference module, which may include a ramp generator generates the time varying voltage reference signal such that the rate of change of the voltage reference signal changes over time. The rate of change of the voltage reference signal may decrease over time, to become more gradual as the nominal operating voltage is reached to avoid over-voltages.

摘要： A semiconductor device which controls output of a plurality of voltages is provided. A power supply control circuit which drives the semiconductor device includes a reference voltage generating circuit and a stabilized power supply circuit. The stabilized power supply circuit has a function of outputting a voltage input from a sample-and-hold circuit and amplified by the amplifier circuit. A control circuit has a function of setting an output voltage of the power supply control circuit. The sample-and-hold circuit in the stabilized power supply circuit includes a transistor whose on/off state is controlled. In such a configuration, a voltage set by the control circuit can be held and output.
