摘要： Methods and systems are described for monitoring patient speech to determine compliance of the patient with a prescribed regimen for treating for a brain-related disorder. Patient speech is detected with an audio sensor at the patient location, and speech data is transmitted to a monitoring location. Patient speech is processed at the patient location and/or monitoring location to identify speech parameters and/or patterns that indicate whether the patient has complied with the prescribed treatment regimen. Patient identity may be determined through biometric identification or other authentication techniques. The system may provide a report to an interested party, for example a medical care provider, based on whether (and/or the extent to which) the patient has complied with the prescribed treatment regimen. The monitoring system may transmit a report to a wireless device such as a pager or cell phone, generate an alarm or notification, and/or store information for later use.

In further examples, the information service may track data for the human user, generate suggestions and playlists, manage the accomplishment of goals and logic triggers, and exchange communications, to facilitate the relationship between the professional user and the client user. In other further examples, the information system manages various data values used to provide prompts, reminders, motivators, and other forms of suggested content to the client user.

摘要： Systems and methods for content tagging and creation within in an information system are described herein. Content tagging may include the processing of unstructured data as input and the transformation of the unstructured data into structured data that has context relative to a user or a group of users. The content may include an action statement suggesting at least one action for the user to perform. The tagging process may associate the action statement with a tag provided from a hierarchy of tag classifications, the tag being relevant to motivating the user to perform at least one action contained in the action statement (for example, the performance actions facilitating the user's achievement of a health goal). The content and associated tagging data may then be stored in the information system for consumption by the content suggestion engine. Further techniques for tagging and accessing tagged data are also described.

摘要： An apparatus for executing a task includes an authenticator to identify a user, a controller that can receive data from the user, and an authorizer to ensure that the user has access to applications used to execute the task. The controller is able to register or de-register the applications and then determine which if the registered applications should be used to execute the task. The controller then converts the data from the user so that it can be used by the application to execute the task. If the user selects a second task to be executed, the controller can determine which of the registered applications is to be used to execute the second task. Methods for executing multiple tasks are also described.
